Arrived at 740 AM to get my tires rotated. Had to find the associate, to ask who did I need to speak with to get the ball rolling. He said to wait because he was there alone. Waited about 15 minutes for another man to arrive. There was one car in front on mine.Walked around the store for about an hour and purchased some items then came back to my car just sitting there and no one working on it. The person who was supposed to be working the front desk didnt seem to arrive until about 9. This place is poorly run .

Waited 3 hrs to come get my car…..for an oil change……They never even started in the first place. Unnecessarily slow and always using the excuse of short staffed which is fine both don’t tell me my car would be ready in 3 hours if it wouldn’t.

Was told they had the tires I needed. But had a tire I could use for the vehicle. Which was a smaller tire and would mechanically overwork the vehicle and plummet my fuel efficiency. But the tech did come out and explain that. But the clerks not knowing that and trying to make it seem like the tires would still do the job without mechanical deficiencies, made me never want to trust them.

I just have to give a shoutout to Jaylin M at Walmart for going above and beyond to help me today. I came in because my tire pressure was low and I couldn’t fill it myself since the hubcap was reattached in a way that covered the valve thing (I didn’t even realize that was possible!). Jaylen didn’t just fix the issue I came in for, but he noticed I was struggling with a couple of other things and offered to help with those too. He was so kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole thing. It’s not every day you run into someone who’s willing to go the extra mile just because they care. Thank you Jaylin - you made my day so much easier, and I’m so grateful!!

This has got to be the slowest Walmart EVER!!! Brought in my car with a blowout from a tire I had bought here with the extended warranty. It’s been 3 hours and still nothing. I have no choice but to leave it here but this absolutely ridiculous. One damn tire!!!!! I’m so pissed! Never again.

Took my girlfriend 4 hrs to get her truck back from them and they didn’t even see it till 3 hrs in. They said it took so long because of her tire weights. On top of it she came in on Tuesday, had to make an appointment for Wednesday and things didn’t even get done then. 0/10 don’t come here go to discount tire instead.

I made a mistake not checking reviews before coming to this place to have new tires. I had an appointment at 8:00Am and I came 15 minutes before as they asked. They started to work on my car at 10:00 am (2 hours after the appointment). And they finished at 11:00 If you really love your time and you don't want to deal with people who don't care about costumers, please stay away of this terrible place! I will not come back ever. I'm sure there are better places to buy tires.

I have used this Grand Prairie Walmart I-20 location multiple times in the last year and on different vehicles and I always get wonderful service! I prefer this location over the Toyota dealership down the highway any day! The manager and employees gave me top notch service in which we were very pleasantly surprised! They gave extra advice, did a good job and the prices were excellent. I was also surprised at how efficient the service was each time. I had a new battery placed today and took 20-30 minutes and done! I didn’t feel like I was at a Walmart but treated as a customer in a private business! I am a loyal customer!

My very first time coming to a Walmart Auto Care center. I made an appointment for 12:30pm. When I arrive there were only 2 other cars in the bay. It's is now 2:02 and they're still not finished. All the workers appear to be slow moving and lackadaisical. Then they come and tell me they don't have enough oil to put in my car. The lady working the counter is so unprofessional as well. This is by far the most ridiculous, unprofessional auto center ever!!! Do not bring your car here.

Worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. I set an appointment hoping it would help with time. Showed up a few minutes early. Still took almost 20 minutes for them to come up to my car and check me in. Two hours later I go and check my car to see if it’s done, I see it’s outside the garage already. Go to check out, turns out the mechanic pulled it forward and forgot about it. 2 and a half hours later and my car still isn’t done for a simple oil change. And that was with an appointment. Do not recommend this location at all

I came and got an oil change this morning and while I was waiting I went inside the store to make a purchase. Shortly after my car was ready. I paid for my vehicle service and the cashier asked if I paid for my belongings. she already had an attitude from the start. I advised her I did. She asked for a receipt. I chose no receipt at self checkout. She called her drunk manager with the one tooth missing. smelled like he just left the bar. he demanded i show him something so I showed him my credit card transaction for TODAY. he still said I had to show a receipt or walk all the way around to the front. it's 25 degrees. wasn't doing it. they called a sales associate to scan my items which showed PAID so I was free from jail. if a receipt is required to leave ANY entrance of the store, the option for "no receipt" should be removed from self checkout. period. Not coming back to this Walmart to get my vehicle serviced. Rude and intoxicated staff just pissed me off

The process was far from easy and I left extremely disappointed. Slow, slow, slow. A simple tire install took 2 HRS, despite me having an appointment. I arrived for my appointment at 9:45a and still didn’t leave until 11:45a.. Also they initially installed the tires on the wrong side, despite them writing it down. Also, the install fee doesn’t include rotation even though it says so. In fine print it’s for all “future” rotations.. So you have to pay extra per tire. Finally, my car started shaking horribly after leaving that place. Do not recommend. This was embarrassing.

Been getting oil changes for years and this was the absolute worst experience. Only 2 cars were in when I arrived with no appointments scheduled. 1 of the vehicles was getting worked on and was informed it would take hour to complete while being short staffed. 3 hours later and my car still hasn’t been touched. Excuses after excuse when I repeatedly asked about the delay in service. Will NEVER come to this location again.

Worst place ever, I went only for replace 2 tires and they took 3 hours to replace them and they crack my windshield, try to avoid this place. And yes, they don’t took the responsibility of the crack.

Good prices and professional service, but workers productivity is the worst, they can be walking around doing nothing for long, and telling excuses "the system is not allowing to patches muy two flat tires", pay insurance at Walmart is workless, and wiring for 1 hours the system registration

Terrible customer service! I pulled into the bay at 1pm for a oil change and I was told it would be an hour wait. My oil didn't get changed until 6pm because I wasn't told that appointments take priority over walk in's. So basically while I was waiting, I could have made an appointment while sitting in the waiting area and made it out before 4pm. Smh ! Ridiculous 😡😡😡😡😡

Old man in the back should quit working if he hates his job. Very rude, the older black lady was also very rude. We’ve never been to this Walmart as we just moved here and they were talking to us and other customers as if we didn’t know what we were doing, when simply just asking questions. The old man wouldn’t answer any questions after saying “no appointment no service.” Then i try to explain i was trying to make an appointment online and if he could help. He just said no appointment no service again. Not a fan will not return.

The service manager Javier is very unprofessional and doesn't put the customer's first. I came to return/exchange a car battery that was purchased 4days ago. After spending extra money with a mechanic, the realization was the battery was bad. Javier wanted to tell me that the battery has to tested first and I would have to return tomorrow. Sir I need my car to go to work. I had to buy a new battery because Javier didn't want to provide any type of customer service. He even made my husband carry the battery to the counter. No customer service at all.

I had an 8:00 AM appointment for tire installation and waited over two hours before my car was finished. During that time, I watched other vehicles get serviced ahead of mine, and at one point the technician took a break before starting my car. There was a noticeable lack of urgency in the shop. Multiple employees were standing around talking while several bays were full and customers were waiting. With an appointment system in place, this was frustrating and felt disrespectful of my time. Checkout wasn’t any better. The person working the counter seemed more focused on his phone, trying to get a McDonald’s app to work, than on checking customers out efficiently. After already waiting so long, that was the last thing I expected. The work itself was completed, but the overall experience showed poor time management, weak customer service, and a very nonchalant attitude toward customers who had scheduled appointments. I expect better organization and professionalism, especially when appointments are involved.
