Very understanding and reasonable car shop! Their goal is your goal, getting your car in the best condition possible! It’s been over a month since getting my repairs and my vehicle feels much better than it did before visiting the shop! No check engine light, no stallings, and they put all new equipment, as promised. Which was even confirmed by auto inspection mechanic. If great business, excellent customer service, and longevity of maintenance is your goal, most definitely contact them! The best family owned business I’ve been to in a while! I just bought a car and noticed the button to adjust my side mirrors wasn’t working, I was honestly a little nervous about where to take it. I’m SO glad I ended up coming here! From the second I walked in, everyone was incredibly nice, helpful, and made me feel completely at ease. They took a look at the mirror issue, and once they removed the door panel, it turned out the wire that connects to the mirror controls was just unplugged. They plugged it back in and boom it worked perfectly! I was so relieved it wasn’t anything major. While I was there, I also mentioned that I noticed a cigarette smell coming from the AC. They took the time to check it out and found that the cabin air filter hadn’t been changed in a while. Once they swapped it out, the smell instantly improved. The mechanic who helped me also recommended I try using Ozium just in case any lingering odor remained, which was such a thoughtful and helpful tip. The prices were super reasonable hard to beat honestly and everyone really knew their stuff. I appreciated how patient and knowledgeable they were with all my questions. I felt so grateful for the service that I even bought one of the cute trucker hats they had for sale up front to show my appreciation! I genuinely felt like part of the family here. They’ve definitely gained a customer for life, and I’ll 100% be recommending them to all my friends and family. 💖

They were awesome from the beginning to the end! Took my car in to get my brakes and rotors done, the owner went above and beyond to help me considering the place I bought my parts from gave me the wrong parts. Also ended up running into an unexpected issue and they once again went above and beyond. Thank you so much to the entire team! They’re all super nice and super helpful. They are the best. Every time. They are how a mechanic should be. Helpful. Reliable. Friendly. Shift Forward diagnosed and repaired my AC in one day, a Saturday at that. Don't go to this place! The guy who claims to be a mechanic and speaks Spanish diagnoses all the problems without even checking your car. He invents a lot of problems. He told me I needed to replace the brake discs, pads, and the entire suspension without even inspecting it. But it turns out I had already had the brake pads and discs replaced three weeks ago at another shop, and he was already including that in the estimate! I ran out of there and I'm never going back. Watch out, people!!! Don't let them rip you off or steal your money! BE CAREFUL! 👀
