I recently needed a flat tire repaired and called ahead to speak with Keshawn. He was extremely polite and professional over the phone, assuring my husband that I would receive excellent service upon arrival. When I arrived, Keshawn greeted me right away and made sure I was taken care of promptly. I then worked with Gio, the technician, who was equally professional and courteous, even though my tire could not be repaired and would need to be handled through my dealership warranty. The entire experience was smooth, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I truly appreciate the honesty and customer service at this location and would highly recommend them.

I went in today, on a Sunday, and they were a tad bit busy but it didn't interfere at all with the superb customer service I received. Lou in particular is just an outstanding guy who would give you the shirt off your back if you're in trouble. Wonderful people who are honest and not trying to up sell you on things you don't need. 10/10 experience I had a tire blow out on a Sunday when almost every shop in the area was closed, and NTB truly came through for me. Keshawn was incredible from start to finish. He promised he’d get my tire replaced quickly and made sure to keep good on it. He went above and beyond by personally going to pick up the tire himself just to make sure I wasn’t stuck waiting all day. Exceptional customer service, clear communication, real dedication. Keshawn made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m genuinely grateful and will definitely be returning to this location because of him!

I had the misfortune of running over a tire valve stem while pulling into a shopping center parking lot and immediately noticed my tire losing air. Fortunately, NTB was located right there in the same center. I walked over, explained what happened, and John, Val, and Ronnie were incredibly gracious — they patched my tire free of charge! Their kindness, quick service, and willingness to help without hesitation really stood out. I truly appreciate their help and highly recommend them for their outstanding customer service!

I called and explained to them what my issue was before I drove there. The person I spoke with told me they would be able to fix it with a charge of $25 (lug nut seized on stud). Great! However, once I got there, wannabe pretty ricky had the worst attitude, told me he didn’t know who I talked to but they couldn’t help me and if they did it would be $250. He was condescending and his attitude was so unnecessary and unprofessional. There’s a way to speak with someone when you’re in a service-based profession. And if you don’t like your job, do everyone a favor as well as yourself and get in a different field. The situation wasn’t big enough to even get to that level, but his attitude was awful. Luckily, I have a mechanic who is way more polite and professional to take care of my car. He’s an hour away, so I took the long drive there and he took care of it with no charge.

I grew up in a city that had local shops like barbers, mechanics and candy stores. I value good, honest and personable service. That’s why when I need service done to any of my vehicles NTB is my first stop. If they don’t have the expertise to handle the job, they tell me upfront, provide a list of providers and even give me an estimate on average cost. They’ve even told me if it’s an easy problem they’ll even telll me where to buy the part and how to fix it to save me money. That’s why they’ve earned my business over the years… regardless of who’s in management it’s been consistent.

I scheduled an 8am appointment at this Mavis location (formerly NTB) to get two new tires, a wheel alignment, and to have my shocks/suspension/brakes checked. I arrived right at opening. It was just me and one walk-in customer, yet they took the walk-in before me. At first I didn’t mind since it was only the two of us and they seemed to have enough staff. I left and came back about an hour later, only to see that my car still hadn’t been touched. They didn’t pull it in until around 9:20am. By that time, two more cars had been serviced before mine even though I had an appointment. I reminded the front desk that I needed to leave by 10am for work, and they reassured me that my car would be ready. Instead, I didn’t leave until 10:40am. What made the experience worse was the attitude. When I asked why my car kept getting pushed back, the man at the front made a sarcastic comment comparing it to “rushing the dentist.” I stayed calm, but it felt unnecessary and dismissive. On top of that, they only completed the tires and alignment. The shocks, suspension, and brake check I scheduled were never done, and when I asked about it, I was ignored. What disappoints me even more is that I used to praise this location. A years ago, I posted a review saying, “I’ve been coming to this NTB location for the past four years, and they never miss a beat! The team here consistently provides top-notch service that keeps my car in excellent shape. Their professionalism and attention to detail make each visit seamless and stress-free. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable car care!” The service I received this past Friday was the complete opposite. I would advise not coming to this location and trying somewhere else. When people schedule an appointment, it’s because they are busy and trying to fit maintenance into a tight schedule. For someone like me who works a 9–5 and handles everything alone, experiences like this make it hard. It felt like they were quick to take my money but didn’t care to make sure I received the full service or a respectful experience.

Woke up to a flat tire on my car. This was the closest tire shop to me so I headed over there around 10am. At 1pm they finally get to my car and tell me they have to hot shot some tires that it’s gonna be 2 more hours. Finally done around 3pm I’m rushing to get out of there to pick up my little sister from school. Later I noticed they scrapped my rim with a power tool. I return the next day to see how they would amend this. They basically told me the guy that worked on my car doesn’t make mistakes and that the damage was done by me and pointed at a chip on the side of the rim. I’m not talking about the damn chip there’s damage around my rim where the socket would go. They tried to blame another shop when this is the only shop I been to. Oh and the guy that doesn’t make mistakes he didn’t even take the time to put the correct pressure in my tires, left some low and left one with 50psi!! 50!! Nothing was done after they damaged my rim, had me wait for damn near an hour in their lobby for them to tell me it was my fault and they didn’t do it. Do not come here they will mess your car up and blame you. Edit: DONT GET FOOLED BY THEM RESPONDING TO REVIEWS THEY DONT CARE, I TRIED CALLING COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE, THEY SAID THEYLL REACH OUT AND NEVER DID!!!

Got a flat on my way home at 5:50pm 12/15, I showed up Minutes till closing and the associate on duty was more than willing to help me out. They were Courteous and promptly pulled my vehicle in. The staff turned my would be disastrous night into a positive one. I’m thankful for all the staff as they stayed after hours to get me back on the road. Very much appreciative to the associate working the front counter And the collective group of technicians who work to get me back on the road.
