This pharmacyon a busy Saturday I literally went in an came out in less than 5 mins . I didn't even wait in line 60 seconds. I overall had a great experience when taking my partners car in for tire installation. I purchased the tires online, that process was very seamless and easy. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase tires to any friends and family. My only complaint is the fact that they inflated the tires over 10 psi. Everyone working was helpful and nice.

I’m not the type of person to leave a review but the Grand Prairie Walmart Auto Center had me waiting 2 hours for my tires to be installed. (I schedule a tire installation appointment for 5pm-6pm) I even asked the worker who checked me in, how long it was going to take and they told me “around an hour”. I hope to help someone the headache of being trapped waiting for their service to be done at Walmart. I don’t know if the techs done care or if it’s lack of communication/management.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We got new tires and sensors. They did a fantastic job and it didn't take too long. My advice is to make an appointment before hand (online or app). Great experience.

Came in at 1215pm. Needed 2 front tires rebalanced because it wasn't done correctly. I asked the service rep is it going to be 3 hours because I have to pick my son from school at 3. He said no way it'll be that long. So I waited. I watched the techs work on a truck before me. 3 techs on one truck. They would do one tire ...stand around and talk for 10 minutes. Walk back and forth. It took them 1.5 hours to do one truck. It turned 230. They hadn't even moved my truck. Still sitting in the lot. I had to ask for my key back as there was no way they will finish my truck if they pull it in. That's what you can expect here. Total waste of time and money. I paid about 90 bucks for lifetime rotation and balance too.

The auto parts section at this Walmart is disappointing. The employees show the bare minimum willingness to help customers. Ask a question and they barely respond, as if you're bothering them. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for, good luck — they won’t lift a finger to assist you. And don’t even dream of getting help if it’s anywhere near closing time. For example, if it’s 5:55 and they close at 7:00, they’ll already be checked out mentally and avoiding customers like the plague. Terrible service.

Said it will take two hours going into three put my car in the system as a different car so now I’m just waiting to be waiting pretty sick first time coming in last time for sure So I will get my tire double checked when I leave here because I’m not sure if they’re professionals

I came in at 1035 to get an oil change and waited until 1530. My service was completed at 1251! I did not receive a text, call, or an update about my service. I waited for 4 hours! When I should have only waited 2ish. Unbelievable! Front desk friendly… which sucks giving a one star.

the worst service of my life i denounced before the arligton community and the walmart company that the service manager caleb gave me the worst service of my entire life he made me wait 2 and a half hours and when i came back to pick up my car he told me that they did not do it the oil change in my car because I wasn't there and I was 2.30 waiting in front of the car service treats people badly with contempt for customers who go with pleasure and comfort to pay for a service I hope you pay attention to this person who he treats clients so badly and dislikes the people who ask for his services so much

Worse service ever. I scheduled a service for tire installation, got there at 9am I asked how long would it take and I was told 1hr. Two hours passed when I asked the front desk lady how longer was going to take and there’s when they finally took my car into service. UPDATE: After 4 HOURS my car was ready. Definitely not coming back to this location

Lisa the auto manager was no help and couldn’t give me a solution in my situation. I purchased a battery for my truck the battery didn’t solve my issue so I went to return as there’s a 30 day policy. I didn’t use the battery only tested out. When I went to return a gentleman helped me and said he was able to do the return so I went to get battery to bring back Lisa attended me this time around and said I couldn’t return battery after the gentleman said I could . Lisa gave me all this excuses even tho I have receipt and it hasn’t even been a week since purchase. She then said she would authorize the employee to let me due the return to then saying I couldn’t. It was a very frustrating situation and lies from Lisa sating as to why she couldn’t take the battery back . Girl is not coming out of your pocket I’m literally returning something new that wasn’t even used 🤦♀️

Damn.. This walmart Auto center is crazy. Please don’t come to Walmart auto center for nothing i came at 2 PM to fix a flat tire and after 3 hours i got a message my service was done but my car us still sitting at the same spot and i have requested them multiple times in the meantime to check on my car. Every time the guy at desk just checks his phone and says they working on it.. I to go out and speak to the service technician who is flirting with a woman says he gonna pull and start working at 5:30 PM, I lost my whole day just sitting at Walmart. Bad day, Bad service

Low cost but extremely slow service. They took our appointment for 1130 but didn't get to our car until 1pm. No discount. No apology. You're better off going to a jiffy lube so you can not spend your day walking around in the store.

Imagine dropping your car off for a oil change at 11:50am being told you’ll get a text when your vehicle is ready just to end up several hours later no text, no call and finding out the shop is closed when you call to see what’s going on!!! This is beyond deserving low google rate, I need a refund ASAP! It’s more then gut wrenching to find out people can just jerk off your time and money when your paying for a service. The guy who checked my car was careless, unconcerned, and didn’t seem competent enough to be the one behind the counter. So mind you when I dropped the car off I was told it’ll be at least a 3 hour wait. I had things to do so okay no problem I’ll just come pick it up once I’ve gotten a text it’s ready. 3 hours pass, i get a ride up to Walmart to see if it’s ready or close to being ready since I have received a text yet from them about my car. When I arrived the car is still sitting where I parked so that was my indicator my car hadn’t been worked on. I ask a service worker is my car ready? Was holding you haven’t received a text then it’s not ready. His response was as if I knew better then to ask him that. I then leave to go home and finish other things as I have work later tonight, mind you another 4 hours past with no text or call to inform me about the status of my car. It’s 7pm so I look up the number to Walmart oil change department, I’m told to call back during business hours. On Google it was they closed at 7pm. I hurry and catch a Uber to Walmart bc no way I’m missing work just bc ppl refused to have a code of ethics and professionalism at their place of employment. I get their at 7:20 walk in the place is closing down employees are leaving I stop the same guy who checked my car in let him know I haven’t received a call or text or notification about my car I dropped it off this morning. With the most disturbing tone he ask for my ticket I gave it to him and he act like he couldn’t find my keys, he shuffled around papers, looking lost. Turns out my keys were in the wrong clear plastic paper holder. I had to point that out to him that he put my keys with the wrong person paper work!!!! He then just told me my total and took my payment said sorry( like no big deal) then said have a nice night. Seriously Walmart!!!! This is beyond unacceptable.

Unless you’re bringing your car early morning for an oil change, do not bother coming past 12. I dropped my car off mid-afternoon and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. My car was not started on until it was closing hours and then I had to wait an extra hour for them to finish with the oil change. A lot of horse playing around. Do not recommend this location past noon.

I was told there were only two vehicles ahead of me and that it would take about an hour and a half. I brought two vehicles. After waiting about three hours, only one vehicle was finished and the other one was still not done, so I decided to take it with me because of the incorrect information. After waiting a long time, more vehicles kept being taken before mine. Later they told me some had appointments, but nobody explained that when I arrived. It also seemed like they were making excuses without even checking the computer. What is surprising is that they say appointments go first, but I have also brought my vehicle before with an appointment and still had to wait two or even three hours. That does not seem fair or organized. This is not the first time this has happened. I lost important work time because of the incorrect information. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
