I came in today and although I only got a state inspection, the customer service was superb! The young man gave me a great quote on some tires and even told me I still had maybe another 10,000 miles on my tires. I was prepared to buy some and he didn’t even try to sell them to me! I’ll definitely be back for some tires when I need them and oil changes and anything else!

My car's battery light had come on. I did a quick meter test at home and established my alternator was not charging my battery. So I drove over to North Carrier Automotive late Friday afternoon and asked if they could help me out. The instant response to my discribing the problem was it sounds like an alternator issue but let me make a quick test to confirm that. A few minutes later I was told it was an alternator and they could fix it immediately if I needed the car right away or they could have it ready before noon on Saturday morning. A very reasonable quote was given for the part and work and not wanting to keep them late on a Friday night I opted for the Saturday morning time. Sure enough before noon on Saturday morning I was notified my car was ready. The car is now running without a battery light, the price was good, and the service was great. I'm telling my friends about my experience and now I'm telling you, give them a chance, they just could become your place to take your car everytime it breaks.
