Overcharged for a headlight bulb . $25.00 to change a headlight bulb ? I needed to go to a funeral so I got it done but I won't come back . The guy was very nice but wow definitely feel over charged to unscrew a cap and replace a bulb .

I had my truck looked at for noises coming from my suspension. The shop had previously made repairs to my suspension for the same issue last year $1200. They told me it was it was another part and it would be another $1200. I went to another shop and was told the same repairs that was made last year was apart of the issue. I called to see if my warranty was still good and they told me that the warranty had just expired but I had the look at it 2 weeks before the warranty expired and they said nothing about the warranty parts being defective. Always have multiple people look at your vehicle before making a decision.

Outstanding shop!!! I was in a real bind with my car. Came in at 2:00 pm found out my alternator was bad and they said they couldn’t get it fixed before Monday and I told them I needed my car fixed before then cause I am starting a new job!! They went above and beyond to help get my issue fixed!! They stayed overtime to get me taken care of!! I will always take my car to them to get fixed!!! Very much recommended this shop you will not be disappointed!!! Thank you complete auto care!!!

SCAMMERS! I’d give 0 stars if I could. Took my car here after it wouldn’t stay powered on, they kept it for a week and told me it would cost me $2200 for wiring issues. I took it to the dealership and it was only a blown fuse that was easily fixed within a few hours.

I am very pleased with Complete Auto Repair. I came in without an appointment, greeted as I drove up. Reasonable diagnostic fee (applied towards the bill) and quick to diagnose the problem. The bill is reasonable for the repair done. Considering the rip off artist I commonly run into in the repair industry, they are a breath of fresh air. Thanks guys

It’s been a while since I have written a review but with this place I just had to. As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted by the receptionist and she had such a pleasant tone and attitude. The lobby is so clean and comfortable. There is also a really nice fridge of refreshments for a good price too! They were also really fast with my oil change, and this is my second one and my car had NO problems with the first time.

Don't go here unless you want your car damaged! We went in for a brake change. They changed my brakes and rotors and it suddenly started making noise and the rotors were getting scratched because they tightened the brakes too much. They even admitted the parts looked good when they put them on, and they're the only people that have touched the brakes. So then all of the damage is from how they put those parts together. They blamed the bracket but how is that going to be bad on a reliable model of car with only 80k miles?

I change my rotors and brake pads, on October they were making a really weird sound so I took my car back they had me for 3 hours waiting and told me they didnt find a problem with the installation so I came back today February 3rd and magically there was something wrong with my brake pads I told them they were getting scratch my rotots since day one no I am going to go have to pay for new rotors and I am gonna be better installing them myself than giving my car to this people that only wash their hands and they were offering to fix a problem they created on exchange of me paying for something I originally already pay, save yourself from these peole and dont come here

Dishonest!!! Be careful Kept car for over 3 weeks. Charged more than initially quoted and charged a 3% convenience fee (never mentioned during the 4 weeks we discussed the repair). While I'm thankful that I have transportation.. I hoped Complete Auto Repair was fair and honest. The guy at the register was nice, but that does not outweigh the negative.
