We broke down off the 20 fwy Hector answered the call right away and we luckily only had to wait 30 mins! In the past when having to wait for roadside assistance we have had to wait as long as 4 hours in the dry heat no power! He was friendly, professional and fixed our issue which ended up being we needed a new radiator. Hectors prices are comparable to other mechanic prices and he gave us a great rate considering all his time and back and forth to shops for parts, etc! THEY SCAM YOU LITERALLY. They asked for 300 dollars to give me a report on this truck. I sent them the money but they haven’t send me the report plus they don’t even answer any of my calls, it’s been more than 5 days…

I liked one truck from truck paper, and I asked this company to check the truck for me. I told them that I would buy the truck if it’s in right condition, then he told me that he checked and ask me to Zelle him 300$ for the report, and I did send it . BUT IT HAS BEEN 5 DAYS AND I CANNOT GET A HOLD OF HIM, THEY ARE REFUSING TO SEND ME THE REPORTS. IT’S A TOTALLY A SCAM, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, ALL THEY DO IS GET YOUR MONEY THAT’S IT.

I got my discharge air hose leaking. TA/Petro in Amarillo can’t get part for 4-7 days and recommends me to go to DFW area.I got to TA in Dallas(I-20 x 472) on Saturday 05:00a and Leo ( TA mechanic )let me know by 09:00a that they can’t get part from Kenworth until Wednesday. On Sunday morning (02/11/24 “Superbowl day KC&49er) I looking for Shop and Mobile Diesel repair in DFW area on google and Maydon Diesel Repair with Mechanic name Hector came up.He asked me for the problems and truck information. Guess what’s drivers! Hector called me back and said He can get part and fix my truck today even Superbowl day even he might missed his favorite NFL game day. Just pull out my truck from TA and He will do the rest!. Hector got my part from Kenworth dealer on I-20 next to TA Dallas. He’s not charged extra on part and even shows me part invoice from dealer. The repair price was reasonable and ready for my next load.Don’t have to struggle in DFW for 3-4 days for waiting on parts. I don’t know what happened with TA that can’t get a part from Kenworth dealer on another side of street. Get your own experience with Maydon Diesel Repair drivers. Hector is very friendly mechanic. I am glad I came across Mr. Hector yesterday morning. I was delivering a load in Dallas and my T hose connector snapped and coolant went flying everywhere on the ground. I called around and finally got a hold of Mr. Hector and from the jump he was very honest but yet customer friendly. Short moments after our call he arrived and in about 45 minutes he had me back on the road back to Houston, he was clutch and I really appreciate his efforts!
