They want to give you a hard time about finding a simple fuse in the system . No one is helpful. A bunch of kids working that don't know what they are doing. No one cares to help you regarding something simple like finding a simple fuse for someone that is a driver for a company. Watch. I want to give a huge shoutout to Michael Lopez for his amazing customer service! He was super nice and quickly helped me install my new windshield wipers with no hassle at all. It was fast, easy, and stress-free thanks to him. Before coming to AutoZone, I had stopped at O’Reilly across the street where the assistant manager was extremely rude. When I asked about wipers, she basically told me to go grab them myself and pointed to her co-worker saying, “Maybe she can help.” Michael was the complete opposite—professional, helpful, and kind. I didn't even go here, I called to ask if they replace car batteries and the man on the phone said yes depending on the brand of car and then proceeded to ask me what problem I was having with my vehicle. He went down a list and told me all the things it probably wasn't and advised me to get my car looked at. He not only saved me time driving to the store, but he took the time to talk me explain the possibilities. I wish I asked for the man's name so I could give him credit, but his level of customer service is above standard. Thank you kind man!

Great service, the staff was kind and accommodating when I got stranded there with a bad alternator. They didn't hesitate to check my cars battery and alternator and charged up my battery, and had some tools available for my to use to get a new alternator on. They even let me charge my phone and gave me a free cleanser wipe to clean the grease off my hands. This AutoZone helped to make a frustrating situation better, thanks!

Just went here to pick up a headlight bulb. I had no idea what I was doing when I tried to change it in the parking lot. Micheal V came out and helped me changed both bulbs. I didn’t even ask for his help on changing it. Just to help me figure out the correct bulb under my hood. He went above and beyond and changed both for me and showed me how to do it for next time. He was so amazing!

On February 26, 2025 at approximately 4:57 PM CST, I visited the AutoZone location at 3728 S Carrier Pkwy and experienced conduct from the store manager, Gordon Yates, that was both confrontational and professionally concerning. From the outset of my visit, the interaction was marked by an unnecessary level of scrutiny and escalation that did not align with standard customer service practices. What should have been a routine transaction became an uncomfortable and adversarial exchange. When leadership at the store level demonstrates behavior that feels hostile or disproportionate, it raises broader concerns about training, accountability, and oversight. Store managers represent the culture and standards of the organization. This review is not written lightly. It is written in the expectation that executive leadership will evaluate whether this location is operating in alignment with AutoZone’s stated commitment to professionalism, respect, and customer care. Customers deserve consistency, fairness, and dignity especially from management. I trust this matter will receive appropriate attention.
