★★★★☆ They have great prices to change the oil and brakes and quick, but did not tell me they would charge an additional 4.00 for the cover to be removed to change the oil. When I brought it up, he thought the other employee communicated that to me but didn't. He offered to give the 4.00 back but I said it was okay. Initially, the guy said I needed new rotors by just glancing when I came in yesterday evening because I knew my brakes needed to be replaced. When I went in this morning, the other guy didn't even mention that my rotors looked worn or needed to be replaced and without question, after looking at them took the brakes I bought to change them. With both employees, I didn't get clear communication or a clear response that the rotors looked in good condition or not and clearly why. Earn our trust, service goes a long way. Everyone was nice just need to give more customer service for new customers. Share the details ahead of time and explain to the customer about the work done and charges along with any recommendations before printing a receipt.
