They have great prices to change the oil and brakes and quick, but did not tell me they would charge an additional 4.00 for the cover to be removed to change the oil. When I brought it up, he thought the other employee communicated that to me but didn't. He offered to give the 4.00 back but I said it was okay. Initially, the guy said I needed new rotors by just glancing when I came in yesterday evening because I knew my brakes needed to be replaced. When I went in this morning, the other guy didn't even mention that my rotors looked worn or needed to be replaced and without question, after looking at them took the brakes I bought to change them. With both employees, I didn't get clear communication or a clear response that the rotors looked in good condition or not and clearly why. Earn our trust, service goes a long way. Everyone was nice just need to give more customer service for new customers. Share the details ahead of time and explain to the customer about the work done and charges along with any recommendations before printing a receipt.

KJ was great, not only in making sure I was aware of the wait ( 15 minutes ) he went to every vehicle that pulled in, he greeted every one within minutes. Above all KJ was professional, polite and got the job done. Definitely will be taking my business to them from now on!

Fair price for oil change and state inspection. Just park your car and they come to you ask what service you need. Let you know how long and who's in front of you. When it's your turn the mechanics come to you and take your car for service. Usually takes about 5-15 minutes.

Been going here for years. However they were too busy to do my tune-up so I they only changed my oil and I went the next day elsewhere for the Tune up. The place that I went to showed me how burned and black the oil was and I only had equivalent to 3 quarts of oil in my vehicle. Sorry but they have a lost a good customer with 3 vehicles.

Poorest excuse for a display of customer service. Had an appointment with the owner @9 but owner did not show until 10:08. This was my second time scheduling said appointment. The first time i allowed a pass since he had a family emergency. Once he finally showed he looked at my car then told me I needed to pay a shop Fee of $25.

The person in charge of the AC is very rude and disrespectful. They fix one thing and mess antier thing up. Very expensive and no guarantee. Horrible service will not be returning.

Be careful getting your oil changed here. These clowns are worse than jiffy lube. They will overfill and cross thread your oil filter. They don't give a crap about the customer. You've been warned.

I came here twice in 2021 to get my inspection done but because my engine light was on, I asked them to fix the problem. It was my oil sensor on my Dodge Journey. FIRST time I came in I couldn’t afford the $900 price tag so I bought the housing unit on Amazon which had great reviews. I took it in and got it replaced. Didn’t fix it.. so I waited a bit longer past my inspection and finally came back and got the part through them that was a bonafide dodge part, paid the whole $900 and it STILL didn’t fix the problem. They told me it was probably my oil pump but when I went online it says it could be multiple things that are cheaper to fix. It definitely feels like they took advantage of me and were trying to swindle more money out of me. I took it to my mother in law’s car guy and he fixed it parts and labor included for just $350. WHAT THE FUDGE?! The guys were nice but it’s probably because they were making good money off me 😒

Been going here for quite sometime, Quick and Easy oil changes for the price. You can wait for a good 20-35 mins in total for the service and wait based on a early morning or late afternoon. They are specific on what type of oil suits you best since its needed. Could either be high mileage or full synthetic but they do know their stuff and are more then willing to help. When they ask to top of fluids it's best to do so since it's mostly a short price to make sure you have a safe drive. *update place has been renovated and looks much better.

The guy there was so helpful and friendly. I went there for an inspection. It didn't pass the first time but the man told me that I need to drive it another 30 to 45 mi to let the computer reset. So I did that and took it back. It passed. Very friendly guy there. I was so pleasantly pleased with the place that I took my second vehicle back there 3 days later to get an inspection. Another guy was there also. Very friendly and helpful. I do see the guy that I did business with for my first inspection. He saw me and he waved and acknowledged me. Anyway, I recommend this place for inspections. Very friendly. Very helpful

I was sitting there for 30 minutes and no one came up to me and asked anything. I get it if you are busy and have lots of cars to work on. But there were only 2 people inside the office. Two dudes came in and not a single one said “i will be with you in a second”.
