I recently went in for an oil change and was having a nice conversation with the manager( I can't remember his name, but he had long hair and was super friendly) that works there. He was seriously one of the most friendly guys and has exceptional customer service skills. I mentioned to him that I think my alternator was bad and I had previously gotten a quote from city garage that was extremely high. The manager went out of his way to find a specific part I needed at a store and came back and installed it for me and fixed my car for One third of the price I was quoted from another garage. The work was efficient and quick and due to this experience, myself and my family will always be a customer of this location! Thank you so much

The workers were walking around looking like they don't know what they are doing. When changing my oil they didn't even ask what kind of oil I use. To top it off they over charge me on full Synthetic and I ask for high mileage. It is only a $10 difference but that's not the point, Me as a customer expected to be Treated fair and professional that's why I come to get it done by the professionals

Went for my first time and they were pretty busy right before closing time. However, I expressed how urgent it was for me to get my oil changed by today and Kendrick made it possible. He dropped what he was doing and I was out within 15 min. Great customer service- would def recommend!

This is the worst place I've ever been .. I'm not due for an oil change but I pulled up to ask if I could pay them to check my oil and add some but the guy under the hood of a white van said do you need an oil change and I said we'll I have a question and he called for another guy then Said we don't have time for questions.. wth!!! No wonder they had no business that's not how to speak to customers.. I'll never go back there. It needs to close or find better employees

Wonderful service! I was out running errands when my car suddenly stopped accelerating over 30 mph. I was near my regular mechanic, so I limped to their shop only to find they were out of business. The next nearest mechanic was Kwik Kar. They were able to get to my car right away, and explain the problem using language that my non-car self understood. Since the repairs would take a few hours and I didn't have another car available, I hung out in the waiting room while they completed the work. They fed me oranges! One transmission job later, plus a few filters and a real windshield wiper, I was back on the road. I feel very blessed that I limped into their shop!

Was told there would be a 45 minute wait, I agreed to wait then was told they had another car to finish before getting to mine and the wait would be longer than 45 minutes for an oil change and state inspection. There appeared to be two employees and they didn’t want my business, it was only after 3pm and they kept saying they close at 5pm. I understand being short handed but don’t make me get out of my car and wait only to come tell me you still can’t get to me! This man was VERY unprofessional, I wonder if he would have treated another man in that way. I do NOT recommend this place. There was no “10 minute oil change” for me today.

Didn't get my oil change done due to the previous place messing up my oil plug. However, this place did great with their 10 point inspection and topping off fluids. Fast friendly and will definitely return to have my oil change done next oil change.

Nice employees! Super quick oil changes!! Less than 10 minutes for me. They kindly let me know that I needed some other work done, but they didn't force or rush me into getting anything done. Oil change price isn't the cheapest, but for the service, it was worth! Will definitely be coming back for my oil changes from now on.

Called to see what it would cost to have front rotors and pads put on, already had the parts the guy says $250 I informed him I called the other location and he said $150 that I just wanted to come here because I was right up the street. Told me they are not affiliated even though they are the same name and logo. I said we'll $100 is a big difference for the same job. Don't go here they are definitely overcharging. Went to another shop who charged me $120 had me out in 30min. Avoid if you Don want to be ripped off.

This was the worst experience I’ve had. Felt like I was played in my face. I can in for a serpentine belt replacement and the manager tried to charge me $400 for it. Being knowledgeable on parts and labor costs ranges I knew immediately he was trying to bamboozle me. I went to another Kwik Kar right after and they charged me $90 for both the part and labor and did a great job replacing it. Smh. You can not do people like that. That is definitely bad business.

Been going there for years I started with $35 then it went to $45 for a regular 5w30 motor oil change but on July 3, 2025 for $72? I'm sorry but that's not right. Good luck.

I align my car there charge me $135. Told me I had to replace parts on my right front tire, because they were bent. I replace the parts went back and told me they had to charge me again because they had to align all 4 again. Others would give waranty but they didnt because I didnt fix my car there. And also the tire couldnt be align right because they didnt told i had to buy a specil part.

Female staff working there today 5/14/25, very very rude and demanding customers. Pulled up to ask for oil change, ask if I could use the same oil used last time, female staff stated , you know your oil price would be higher, flagging her hand towards me, I asked , why she has attitude towards me, she proceeded to say, you can go somewhere else. I said to her, that's how you run your customers away, sorry, am a business owner myself, I won't be runner off, but I would make sure I report you to your supervisor. She went completely off, on me, running her mouth while am trying to explain the situation to her supervisor , please don't go there, poor customer service. Bad employee attitude

I would give zero if I could been going there for yrs. They forgot to put a sticker on my car last rime i was there again. Called to find out what my mileage was guy says you'll have to come back in for us to tell you. I said I know it's in your system if you could just look it up for me. He says he doesn't have time for that. Welllll I don't have time to drive all the way back there to find out that I don't need an oil change yet Sooooo I'll now be going somewhere else. Lost a 10 yr customer with 3 vehicles.

I had a terrible experience here. After getting my oil changed, they failed to properly screw the oil cap back on, which caused my car to start smoking. I had to find an emergency shop to top off my oil, and while doing so, I got into an accident. The new Kwik Kar I went to confirmed in writing that the loose cap was the issue and advised me to go back to this location for a refund. When I called the manager, I explained everything, including the fact that I had just been in an accident because of their mistake. He assured me over the phone that I would be refunded. However, after my car spent 3-4 weeks in the shop, I went back in person, only for him to completely deny the refund—despite what he had promised. I wasted an hour driving there just to be told “no” face-to-face. This place is completely untrustworthy. Not only did they make a serious mistake with my car, but they also went back on their word. I would never trust them with my vehicle again.

One of the few inspection stations in the area with operable emissions equipment. If your vehicle still requires this test (‘94, ‘95 ), then this location is your best bet. The crew was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly .

Juan and David were absolutely amazing!! I came in on frantic mode with my car shooting off error signals and I was freaking out! They calmed me down and showed me all I needed was liquid for my car. They were so nice and professional and topped off my car fluid and quickly fixed my problem. I’m so grateful for their amazing customer service and kindness.
