This company is the best company on a whole planet Earth ! They truly deserve a trillion stars ⭐️ 💎 💕 I am speechless , I am so impressed how they operate. I was so upset when someone broke a side window on my car , and so I called them and ask to come as soon as they can. Guess what , they came right away , they rushed to my apartment complex 3 hours earlier just to help me ! Luis did amazing job, it took him only a few minutes and I have a shiny brand new window glass on my car. For only 155 $, wow, this is such a great price ! Amazing, this company is amazing , God Bless this company , I am so happy and so very grateful. I highly highly recommend anyone and everyone this company, they are professionals, and a wonderful people sincerely trying to help. This is the best place to get windshields replaced for your 18-wheeler. It can sometimes be business BUT they will get you taken care of and out of there with NEW GLASS. My car got broken into late Friday night and I needed to leave early Sunday morning for an 8 hour drive to Arkansas, so I needed to get my window fixed fast. I called All Glass at 8:30 on Saturday morning. I was able to get in with no appointment. I arrived at 9:20 and drove out of there by 9:58 with a new window for much lower of a cost than I expected. The service was excellent. They were nice, fast, and efficient. They even vacuumed out all the broken glass pieces in my car! I definitely will be going here again and highly recommend them.

On April 9th, 2022 both rear quarter windows were replaced in my vehicle. About a week later I returned to the shop and showed them the workmanship on the left window and was told by "KC" it would be fine and he walked away. I expressed my concerns for my safety and their workmanship and left. Later on, I noticed more damages starting to occur around the edges on the outside and in the center especially around the bad seal job area. "It appears the window was just forced in" On 7/26/22, I then called USAA "spoke with a representative for guidance on how they could possibly assist me and explained the situation. She reached out to the ALL Glass shop and advised me that she spoke with "Walker" and he stated for me to bring my truck in and he would take care of it. I could bring it in any day except that day (7/26/22) because his staff had called off. On 8/1/22, I went to the shop and asked for "Walker" whom advised he couldn't make any decision and got "Calvin known as KC" to look at my truck. When I explained to "KC" he immediately stated nothing was wrong. KC attempted to overtalk me convincingly that nothing was wrong. I didn't go for it. I told “KC" I wanted this issue addressed as I felt a safety concern because I could run my fingernails in the cracks along the edges and center and there were more appearing. "KC" stated there is no safety issue and for me to hit the window and if it breaks, he would replace it. Then stated he could hit it and if it broke, he would replace it. Then "KC" stated if he replaced it, they would probably scratch my truck and it would be on me. I replied if you damage my truck, it will be on you. I advised I had spoken with the insurance company and he replied loudly "SO I'LL TELL THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT NOTHING IS WRONG ". Then he tells me to go down the street to the Chevrolet Dealer and ask them if something was wrong. I stated I would not but I would inquire with another glass shop for a professional opinion. "KC" replied go ahead because nothing is wrong. Then he said if another place said something was wrong bring it back and he would take care of it but any possible damages to my truck will be on me. I told him I don't have time to run all over town getting opinions when they did the work and I brought my concern to them previously and he is just basically ignored the issue. I asked “KC” again if he would come look at the workmanship and he replied "what workmanship" and did not come back to look at it...just kept saying nothing is wrong. By this time, I am upset and just needed to leave. I visited two other glass shops who both stated its poor workmanship and to correct the problem would be a replacement. I refuse to ever return to "ALL GLASS INSTALLATIONS" and would not recommend anyone else either. In my lay opinion, they are only deceiving the public. The highlight of this issue was the high-quality professional service I received from USAA Insurance Company. They were understanding, articulate, focused and prompt to resolve my concerns. They also apologized for me having to deal with this and thanked me for being a USAA customer. I also received an apology acknowledgment from the other two Glass Shops for what I was having to go through. NEVER did I receive any such apology or acknowledgement from ALL Glass Installations. The end result was USAA Insurance Company sent me for warranty work and had my truck redone correctly by another vendor on August 9th, 2022. USAA then extracted the money they paid to ALL Glass Installations. This was great action from USAA as ALL Glass INSTALLATIONS did not deserve to be paid. If ALL Glass had any integrity, they simply would have corrected the issue with the window. They obviously put greed over service. ALL Glass Installations does poor work and don’t stand behind any warranties implied. All they want to do is argue and waste your time. Everybody don’t just rollover. BE FOREWARNED DON’T GO HERE. Mr Alejandro came out and did an awesome job! He went above and beyond today replacing my wife’s busted windshield. It’s 110 degrees outside, he worked his magic diligently and made sure every piece of glass that was on the ground got picked up. Definitely a great service from a hard working individual!

I recently had a windshield replaced on my car by All Auto Glass at my residence & I watched the technician install it while inside. Everything looked smooth until I noticed that when he was removing my old windshield, the tool that he had used to remove the adhesive from the old windshield had blasted through and slammed into a molding piece the cowl area. He then reinstalled the new unit, and as he was reinstalling the molding around the windshield, I noticed him put on the same adhesive to keep the molding on. After the install, I immediately noticed a deep humming coming from my a/c unit or vent just below the area that had been slammed into with the removal tool. In addition, I was driving on the freeway when the molding on the front driver’s side ripped off, and I immediately had to pull over. After taping it back on temporarily, I began investigating what the cause was. I immediately noticed that all of the retainer clips on my car were broken, which is why they put adhesive on, to keep in place. Clearly that didn't work, and the adhesive was put on my car was very difficult to remove, as it should be (the same adhesive to keep my windshield intact) and also prevented me from being able to properly reinstall the retainer clip & molding. I contacted them immediately, and the manager Richard said to come down to the shop so they could take a look at it and fix it. I drove all the way down to Grand Prairie (over an hour drive) where their shop is located to show them the damage. After being inspected by four employees, including the owner, they told me that none of this was their fault. I asked few questions, all with unexpected responses, such as "So should I have just assumed that I would automatically have to purchase new retainer clips because you would break the existing ones?", "Yes" was his replay; as well as "So you're suggesting this is all a coincidence, that the noise from my a/c was not created by you?", again the response was "Yes". Unbelievable. They said "as a courtesy" they would replace the retainer clips, but not the molding, at that I would have to drive all the way back down there for them to install, after they had received them. After collecting a gas reimbursement from the owner, I was on my way. I exchanged several texts with them shortly after regarding how discontent I was about the lack of professionalism and resolution, with replies that made no sense and in broken English that made it difficult to understand. I also never heard back from them about receiving the replacement retainer clips. I'm making the point to write this review very carefully as a duty to any of their future customers. While their prices may be slightly cheaper that the competitors, you will pay much more in the end after cleaning up what they damaged. No accountability, no respect, and very unprofessional. PLEASE be aware.

Good price and same day install, glass looks good. The glass didn’t have the proper rain sensor mount and installer damaged rain sensor while removing and try to glue it on with the windshield adhesive. Update: They reached out and corrected the rain sensor issue right away. Great customer service, would definitely recommended for glass replacements. Found out they had lifetime warranty on leaks, they should advertise this more.

Got there at 10:40 replacing my back grass on my 2020 f250. They said 30 minutes it'd be in, took an hour, I sat and waited the whole time, when they finally pulled it in an hour and 20 minutes later someone came out of the shop and gave me a thumbs up. I walked toward the bay. There was a car in front of my truck and the installer that was there was cleaning out his car with a vacuum and my truck had just been sitting. Wondering disappointed that I had to sit outside and wait longer than necessary. I was never texted that it was done even when I went to pay. Still nothing. Very disappointed

Terrible experience. Waiting room is filthy. I went outside because it was chilly in there and saw the techs remove my old windshield and let my truck sit for more than 30 minutes with no progress while they chatted. I finally went into the office and asked how much longer since they weren’t working on my truck and it had been over an hour. Man at desk called tech who said it’d be ready in 15 minutes. They then slapped it in and brought my truck over after doing half ass install. I’ve got a wire looking at me that I’ve never seen before and my windshield sounds like it’s gonna blow out at any second. It’s scary as I start an eight hour drive. Smh. Even tho I came there to save money I still expected a professional job, not guys under a tree. Edit: Turns out they also didn’t reconnect any of the sensors in the box behind my rear view mirror. My SOS system no longer works and my passenger airbag light isn’t on either. I’m soooo angry. They had ONE job!!
