If I could give a 0 star I would! They took 4 days to get the CV Axle part. We got tired of waiting so we went to Auto Zone to get our own part. They tired telling us the part we got for our car was wrong but it wasn’t they just wanted more money. We paid $388. The part was put on the car incorrectly because my car was still making a weird sound. I come back for an oil change today they told us we owe $70 more from the previous repair. It’s a big money scheme they are running here. I’ve been coming here since I was 17 years old because Aladdin always did great business. But they new staff (THE FAT MAN) is money hungry and obviously pocketing the money by charging 2x times the price. I will never come back.

Great service! As a young woman I felt safe. I thought he was respectful and genuine. He offered different prices and gave me the name of the parts I needed to fix, that way I could do my own research and possibly find better prices. He is very busy so I do recommend to come with time or make an appointment in advance.

I've been happily taking my trucks and cars to Car Zone for way over a decade , from getting the transmission cooler and front suspension bushings being replaced, my air conditioner, more brakes jobs than I could count etc... and everything has been repaired or replaced with no problems. But there is one thing extra that you can get here that is sometimes very difficult to receive at any shop and that is the truth , You will only get repairs done that were actually needed and not scammed and lied to by someone replacing parts and adding labor for things that were never broke or work that was never done and that is important especially to single moms including elderly people that have no body to to ask for guidance on not getting robbed blind because they can't afford to take their car to the Chevy , Ford or Honda dealer and have no other option but to take their car or truck to a small shop and hope and pray for the best outcome , Aladdin is the owner of Car Zone is one of the most honest and straight up individuals I've ever known , and anyone that does business there can rest assured that you will never be taken advantage of and still getting a quality job done with an added piece of mind on the side.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! ITS A SCAM!!! Not a great experience at ALL! Came to get 1 tire sensor fixed. They were saying how all the other 3 were going out soon. We told them to replace only 1 because that is all we came for. These fools replaced all 4, what we were expecting to pay was $65 turn into $270 in the end. We most definitely IN FACT TOLD them to replace ONLY 1. Never coming here again & I don’t recommend you do either.

Alignment guy was helpful; he educated me on what my car's alignment needed, and to buy a bolt called cams to help straighten the alignment. The bad part would be the installation cost for the bolts seemed steep. The installation of the bolt was steep given how easily I was able to install the bolts. Other than this, the service was great and I was in and out within 30 minutes.

The team is always kind and willing to work with you to get your car fixed. I appreciate their attention to detail and their prices are reasonable. My 1st time to use this business. I was looking for a local car repair garage and was referred here by a neighbor. After connecting with Aladen although he and other appeared to be busy, he very quickly took time to listen to my concerns and make observations. He was able to show me that my concern was not needed. Although he had spent time diagnosing the potential problem, there was no charge. They only do minor repairs but they will get future business from me.
