These guys took the time to help me out. Their staff is extremely courteous and do not try to oversell you on anything you don't need. They helped me out with an over heating problem that a handful of previous mechanics could not figure out. I'm definitely coming back to these guys and you should check them out if you need a good mechanic for your vehicle.

Adrian was fantastic! He is honest and trustworthy. I was told by the dealership my power steering pump was leaking. I touched the fluid and it was watery. Power steering fluid is red and oily. I declined the dealerships sale of a new power steering pump and took it to Galaxy. Referred by friends. He let me know it was the windshield wash reservoir leaking. Hence the watery texture. I appreciate his integrity.

Though I've only been going here about a year, since I came to OC, I have taken my car (a finicky 2007 Honda) in multipule times and have found this place to be helpful and communicative. They always let me know exactly what's going on, and have my vehicle ready same or next business day. Been super helpful since I have had lots of car trouble this year. Also, as a note they are first come first serve, so showing up when they open can mean your car is ready by the end of the day.

I've been going to Galaxy Automotive for over a decade now. They are the best, most honest mechanics you will find. Adrian, Cesar, and the entire team have never tried to upsell anything or do anything that was not necessary to keep my car running. As a great example, I went to get an oil change and tire rotation and they ended up only doing the oil change because Adrian informed me that my tires are worn evenly and didn't have much life left. Enough to drive another 5-10k miles, but not enough to warrant charging me for a tire rotation. What mechanic do you know who would be that honest and not just charge you for a service you requested, but don't need? These guys are great!

This place rocks! I called in about my car as my brakes were grinding, they told me to just bring it by. I did and left it with them to inspect, thinking they'd have it for a few days. They called me a few hours later with a diagnosis and told me they could have it fixed in a few more hours if I wanted to go ahead with the work! They worked fast and Adrian who helped me was so kind! They found a few other issues but didn't try to push me into doing it, they just wanted to make me aware. Very honest and very considerate plus incredible rates! I will most definitely be taking my business here from now on!

I found Galaxy shortly after moving to Tustin in the 1990s and my family and I have all taken our cars here ever since. A local family-owned shop that does good honest work for fair prices, what more could you ask? Several times over the years I, or other family members, have taken a car in with some little problem we couldn't figure out and they fixed it no charge if it was a simple fix, or in other cases given the car a free bill of health, setting our minds at ease.

Fantastic shop to get car work done. Good pricing, and good quality. Only thing that keeps them from being 5 star is once in awhile they forget to do a service (minor ones) when i go in for multiple services, and they don't make appointments! But if you can show up and drop off your car at 7:30, this is definitely a great place to go and centrally located in Orange County.

First the bad. Received our vehicle back with a broken tail light after spending 12 days being repaired at Galaxy. I made a mistake of not doing a walk around the vehicle prior to departing but immediately noticed a broken taillight. I returned to Galaxy within an hour of picking up the vehicle and they now claim I broke the taillight. The good is they fixed our vehicle for a reasonable price and communicated well during the process. It speaks to their integrity to blame a customer for their mistake. As a first time customer I was excited to bring some of our other vehicles there but I will seek other venues that are honest with their services..
