Beware I took my truck for a diagnostic they said I had to replace the coils, fuel pump, and 6 fuel injectors. I took it home checked it throughly and found a broken hose, problem fixed.

Came in for my timing chain replacement They were recommended by a Coworker After waiting 2 weeks to get my car in the shop He took another 2 weeks to repair it When I got my car back it overheated on me once Immediately after taking off as well as my AC was not working And he is denying not having anything to do with my AC Bad service bad communication I highly do not recommend this place

Never trust this place working with cheap or bad parts. They sold me a used transmission and the transmission goes out not even 2 months later. When I confronted him about he acted like i was the one in wrong. He admitted that he would never put in a used transmission into my SUV.

Worst place ever I took my vehicle to get it fix because my engine light is on and I’m trying to get my inspection and he said o no i fix it you inspection will pass and I kept repeating to him no it won’t and he kept on telling me yes it will, we’ll he took my vehicle and came back and told me no it won’t pass it’s $25.50 and I was like I know it won’t pass that’s why I told you and his like well it doesn’t and just turn around and left just took out of my pocket $25 just hope y’all don’t get scam with this guy we all work hard for our money and is not ok for some one to come and scam you hope someone can stop him just image how many other people doesn’t he scam

Excellent service. Mr. Galindo knows what he is doing. Sometimes it's hard to find a honest mechanic that knows what there doing, without trying to steal or over charge you. Some like to cut corners. Here he does it the right way or he doesn't do it at all.

Around 2:45AM (running late). Truck wouldn't start. Was new to area only knew two people, so went and left keys and note for shop. At about 7:45AM shop called get details and where's the vehicle. Told him he said we can't push that. Well 9:00AM, shop called said your trucks ready. WHAT! I said I didn't say to fix it without talking to me, make sure I can afford it. He said I've seen you drive before, and if you can afford fuel for that thing, You can afford this. Part was $6. And labor mainly having to walk across street numerous times. Total $18. Idler air valve stuck closed. Usually any repairs done always been expensive other shops. Moved to woodlands TX, but still bring our vehicles here. Sucks to tow Ford Excursion, Limited w/V10 motor.

Do not trust this place. They used to be trustworthy years ago but have become dirty when it comes to business. Twice they installed parts that do not even go to my vehicle. We were charged for new parts and ended up being used/refurbished parts. They replaced sensors that were not even needed and gave my husband a rude attitude when he questioned them. Sadly we never fight the price and just pay cash until now, our eyes have been opened by an honest mechanic. Having an older car we have found that honest mechanics are rare. Never again Galindo's.

WARNING STAY AWAY FROM GALINDO. STAY AWAY ! Always trust reviews. It’s from people who have had to learn the hard way so that people in the future don’t have a bad experience. WORST MECHANIC IN HOUSTON TEXAS 1.Replaced my struts and did an alignment, then 2 months later my struts are worn out broke and need to be replaced. Did not put struts in correctly, they were loose and crooked. 2. My steering wheel is extremely crooked after the terrible alignment and he refused to redo the alignment. 3.) replaced my break pads and he put them on backwards , he put the break pads on INCORRECTLY. 4.) Everything I paid this man to replace I had to pay again to get it all redone at a different mechanic plus extra work from the damage his work caused my car. This mechanic will mess your car up and won’t even test drive it to make sure everything is good. He’ll just work on your car and his wife will had you the keys with no communication. He won’t even hand you the keys himself and follow up on anything, his wife will hand you the keys and he’ll run and hide in the back. This man DOESNT CARE. STAY AWAY.

Have been bringing my vehicles here for years and have always had the best service. The shop is small, but they have all the state of the art equipment to diagnose problems and years of experience to get the job done. Was passing through one day and my check engine light came on. Took it to several places questing me $800-$1200 to fix. I was given the option of new or used parts, I went used only costing me $200 total. My car ran great for years. Highly recommend them!

WARNING! Do NOT go he is a scammer. He failed my inspection said it needed to get fixed. Said it would cost me $200 so I decided to fix it myself. I went back after fixing the sensor he said it needed only to have him fail me once again for a light he supposedly said was not working on the dash. He claimed that light should work and he would fix it for $200 I finally told him he was full of it and left. Dont know how this place is still in business. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My power steering pump and belts needed replacement, I bought the parts and decided not to install. Galindos was recommended. When I came to pick up the vehicle its pay first then get your keys. I’m used to the shop showing me their work first then I pay. Apparently that infuriated Galindo after the lady behind the counter took my money and then went to get him. He asked why I wanted to see before paying. Then he tells me he couldn’t install the second belt because it’s the wrong size, this after I paid. My real reason for asking before was because I saw a lot of fluid under the power steering area, I wanted to see if there were still problems. After his mini tirade it was obvious he wasn’t going to ensure he had a satisfied customer. Now a week later and it’s become apparent that the vehicle is leaking power steering fluid. So, guess I’ll finish his job or pay someone else. This doesn’t seem to be a shop to bring a vehicle to and expect they will treat it like their own, if it still has a power steering problem when it leaves so long as you don’t point it out before you leave they apparently are fine with that so long as you pay before getting your keys.
