Let me start by saying this review is for my father and the service that he received which was completely unprofessional. He had his tires rotated and balanced and the weights fell off and his new tires in front now has excessive wear and discount will not compensate for that wear they caused on his truck. He was there for 3 hours to long a wait and while he was waiting they tried to sell me everything he did not need. He also felt like they were trying to nickel and dime him for every penny he had. He also had them place a tire sensor in his wife’s car and they did not sync the sensor they installed to the car. He had to make a special trip back to discount tire so they could finish. Overall, customer service here is absolutely the worst you can get. The lack of attention to detail the lack of management the lack of finishing their job that they start on customers vehicles it’s just beyond disappointing and unprofessional. I recommend you look elsewhere and don’t give this company any business because it’s clear that they don’t care about their customers or damages they may cause.

Keep getting the low tire sensor coming on. Took it in on Friday and they checked all the tires and inflated the one that was low. Next day the tire sensor was back on. And I took it in, and they found a very small nail in both rear tires and pulled them out, and fixed them. For free

I purchased four Bridgestone Dueler tires for my SUV on August 16, 2023, based on the store’s recommendation of their superior quality. However, within a year and approximately 8,000 miles of use, far short of the estimated 70,000-mile warranty, I’ve encountered recurring issues with the tires not maintaining air. In April 2024, I was informed of sidewall damage and had to replace a tire at my expense ($65). Today, I faced the same issue and was quoted $104 for a replacement. Each time, the problem was attributed to road hazards causing pin holes in the sidewall, which I find questionable given the tires’ short lifespan and limited mileage. Furthermore, when I questioned the integrity of the tires, employee Brian M. responded in a manner I found rude, unprofessional, and insulting. I had to request a manager, Robert, who was more communicative and open to discussion about the tire quality. I am deeply dissatisfied with the repeated issues, the quality of the tires, and the customer service. The store’s claims about the tire damage and their recommendations have led me to lose trust in them. After years of being a loyal customer at various locations, I will no longer be patronizing Discount Tire. Additionally, I noticed discrepancies in the documentation of my car’s mileage on the receipt, which further undermines my trust in the store’s honesty. The tire damage, described as a pin hole but visibly the damage looks isolated, but was again attributed to road hazards and my driving, which I find hard to believe based on the look of the overall tire. In conclusion, I believe the quality of the tires, the level of customer service, and the honesty of the store need to be reviewed and questioned. I hope my experience can serve as a cautionary tale for other customers.

They chipped the paint on one of my black TRD wheels. Looks like the socket slipped off the lug nut when they were taking them off. Understandable, except the mechanic didn't even mention it when he handed me my keys. They also seem to of somehow lost 2 of my metal valve caps and replaced them with plastic ones. Its a shame, because otherwise the customer service was good. This will keep me from going to them again when I need new tires. I've been using Discount Tire for 15 years and unfortunately, you guys just lost a longtime customer.

Outstanding! Went online to make my appointment for tire rotation and balance. Online was so easy! Arrived and Anatoly was polite, and cheerful, got my truck right in and we’re done in about 14 minutes. Young man who completed the work gave me an update on everything done and condition of tires and my wipers. Could not ask for better service. Only recommendation I could make is include the techs name on the receipt so they could receive proper recognition as well.

Spoke with a representative named Diego and asked him about how much it would be to get all 4 tires replaced and to no avail did he answer my questions he told me to just come in and see and I also asked about if my warranty was still good and he just replied it’s fine your warranty is still valid without even getting my information. He did not seem to want to assist me in anyway. I called another location and they were able to get me the information I needed for pricing and the status of my warranty. I will defiantly not be coming to this location and would not recommend this location as the customer service seems to be built on laziness.
