I pre-ordered a Ford Maverick here with Matt M. While waiting for 1yr and a few months for the build, I emailed and called him and he would not answer my calls, texts, or emails. I was so disappointed with the service that I went to cancel my order. Little did I know when I requested my order cancellation, they only refunded my money and kept my order so they can profit off of it. They received my vehicle 2 weeks after they refunded me. If I was updated with my order status, I would have not cancelled. I would NOT PRE-ORDER HERE.

Last September I went in with my 19-year-old son who has great credit and had his own downpayment. They told me I had to cosign. Sadly, I told my son I could not because I was planning on buying his brother a car in half a year. Mac Haik Ford said not to worry I could take two cars home. I was confused and told them I don't have a down payment I'm not ready for a car. The salesman Mr. Montgomery told me I didn't need a down payment and brought me a Ford Explorer he said was a great car. I unfortunately let him convince me. A year later I have not put more than 3500 miles of which the dealership has shared in the milage because it has spent at the very least 4 months with them and they returned it with damage to the body. Today the same issues I took it to them in the first month, is still an issue and now they are saying its due to wear and tear, so I am responsible. This car has not been safe to drive on the freeway because of the shaking and now they are saying I am responsible for it a whole year later. Why not tell me that in the first month? Make it make sense. I have messaged management in an official complaint 5 days ago to several members in management. Not one has responded or called me back to discuss. I have bought many new and used vehicles never with these kinds of issues. Go anywhere but here.

Went in with service engine light its been appearing for the past month after the 3rd time i took it in, and they said it wouldn't be until Monday to get checked... they cleared the code and said someone cleared it prior too when I took in with the light on smh I won't go there again poor service and then they stated they caked me for a whole week and left voicemails when I had no such thing on my call log or voicemail

I always ask for Jamie in the service department at the Pasadena location. She is extremely knowledgeable & does everything to perfection. I can always count on her to know my car is in good hands & getting fixed properly. I have never had a problem with her & she is always a joy to work with. Even when I pay for the best warranty, then find out a $1500 part is not covered, she kindly explains & this makes it much easier for me to understand. I will only deal with her!

Need service? Have a pending recall? Good luck. These guys don’t believe in scheduling. They’ll hold your car for 3 to 4 days at a time instead of scheduling a slot to actually service it. Buy a car from here and you’re stuck with at least one recall per year and a whole lot of frustration. Quick lane has a system, these guys don’t.

Went for an oil change and for anything else that needed to be done but was told they do not do free multipoint inspections and that id have to make another appointment when I already had been there over 2 hours plus just overall very very RUDE. Will not be coming back here.

This was the best experience I’ve had with any Ford service center thus far!! My service advisor was Brett, and I have to say he exceeded our expectations! Not only was the car ready in less than 3 days, but he was attentive and super nice. He kept constant communication with us, always answered our calls and if he didn’t he would return the call in little to no time. I had a previous bad experience with auto nation Ford, and honestly this location at Pasadena-Mac Haik is amazing. I highly recommend Brett, he is very knowledgeable and is extremely professional. He also gave us an excellent price, he worked with our insurance company. He has been one of the best service advisor we’ve ever had. He cares about his customers and will give you the best customer service.

Please do not EVER bring your vehicle here for service. They will find every excuse in the book to block you from having quality service OR overcharge you. Our 2018 Ford Escape had less than 75k miles on it when the engine suffered catastrophic failure due to a known issue with 1.5L EcoBoost engines. At least.. that is what two independent mechanics said. Both refused to touch it and stated that it needed to be brought to a Ford Dealership because the engine was under recall. My mother in law had the exact same situation, and Ford replaced her engine as well as provided a rental. She highly recommended Mac Haik, so we trusted and valued her opinion. We chose to bring our vehicle there and thought nothing of it. After a nightmarish experience with service advisor Heidi, wherein the first communication we had with her was that she claimed the engine was not under recall but was "starved of oil", and that the vehicle was sitting where it was parked waiting for me to pick it up, and no one had called to inform us, we had enough. 2 independent mechanics didn't catch this supposed oil leak. She claimed "there would be oil leaking onto your driveway" then backtracked and said.. actually, it has a cover under it, so probably would be unnoticeable. When I mentioned the vehicle never had any indication of low oil or even needing an oil change (it was regularly maintenanced) she stated that would be an issue to take up with my mechanic as "it was an internal leak and that was on them". After passing the buck to my trusted mechanic, I confronted him and requested service records. My mechanic confirmed that we NEVER had an oil leak and the issue was the coolant intrusion that the EcoBoost engine is known for. Ford sold us a defective engine and their service department refused to repair it under the recall. When I came to Mac Haik Ford with my mother and husband, Dave, the manager, told us he would do everything he could for us. We had an aftermarket extended warranty as well. After they submitted this claim, they still refused to assist us and stated that our only option was to purchase a new engine for $10,000. After over a month of having our Ford Escape, we finally brought it home and were forced to pay $155 for their inspection of the vehicle. Oh but don't worry! Our NEW service advisor, Carl, told us that if we gave him 5 stars he'd give us our money back! Guaranteed! I'd rather eat the cost of the charge than lie to consumers and lead another poor victim to this service department. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We've already got a new car, but others may not be as fortunate.

Heide was awesome, so patient, quick to serve, timely, clear communication and she did it all with a smile. Tammie in rentals was also very helpful and friendly. This is some the best dealer experience I have had. With other dealers' service departments backed-up for weeks, I was thinking it would take a few days/weeks to get my car plus another few days or week for repair. Heidi was able to get me in next day, then they finished in a day too. Great speedy service department. Heidi also called me a couple days after to check in. I'm sure that's their process, but it meant a lot either way. Thanks Heidi!

If you, like me, have struggled to find Ford Service in the entire south portion of Houston, struggle no more! When I say this lady is AMAZING, I mean truly BEYOND AMAZING. I've never had a better experience and for this longtime diehard Ford truck owner, I'm ecstatic!! From the moment I stepped into the service department until the moment I walked to my truck, Miriah Jackson made me feel like I was the only service client in that building. She kept me up-to-date throughout the process and made sure everything I asked about was addressed. It was the most AMAZING experience I've ever had in ANY service department, including your high end Mercedes Benz service departments, which pale in comparison. Not good and a waste of time. We started taking it to Auto Nation, and it was a complete difference. They don’t inform you of anything, they always act like they don’t have time to do anything for you & that they are busy. This most recent time was the last time. It was as simple as our automatic break switch on our Explorer, that kept going off every time we’d place it in park. We made an appointment ahead of time to have this done along with an oil change. They didn’t tell us until we arrived, that they wouldn’t have time to check the break switch and we’d have to come back another day. I made an appointment at Auto Nation. They immediately told us it was a new updated safety feature, and also told us several other people came from this dealership with the same exact issue. I could have saved myself an entire trip if they could have just communicated that to me. I do not recommend!

This dealership does dirty dirty work. They spilled oil all over my undercarriage. When I came in for a simple oil change. They greased up all the inside of my vehicle. When the guy pulled my truck around and got off and walked in the building his hands were filthy. I could just imagine how he left my steering wheel and boy was I right oil grease stains all over the inside of my truck and the worst part I waited three hours. Then I talked to the manager Dave and he said appointments are priority. Well I get that but three hours is still unacceptable for a simple oil change. Specially whenever y’all call yourselves quick lane. There was nothing quick about that Dave! Dave was more concerned on defending himself than fixing my problem which would’ve never been a problem, If they weren’t a problem. There definitely a joke. There was oil spots all the way back on my rear differential doesn’t make any sense. This place does messy, dirty work. If you wanna keep your vehicle clean, definitely don’t go here. And this all happened after I was very specific about doing a good clean, quality job, keeping my undercarriage clean and the inside of my truck clean. I wouldn’t give this place one star. Oh, and they also scratched the back of my truck bed by the tailgate. How who knows…This was the most expensive oil change I’ve ever had. They must have a whole bunch of kids working back there. Wish I would’ve gone on yelp and checked the reviews. They literally have 1,000,000 1 stars. Stay away from here! FYI, I drive a Ford Raptor.
