I come here often and they leave my car looking stupendous! I will say that my last visit wasn’t so pleasant although the work was stupendous I do have to say that the manager on duty was not so friendly I try to avoid getting my car serviced if he’s here the atmosphere is less welcoming seems like he’s hard on his employees especially in this summer heat ! This is why I make sure to give these guys what they deserve! Please work on the professionalism when it comes to leadership this speaks volumes of a company. I believe his name was Eric.

This is the best and I mean best car wash around. When they tell you your car is ready they mean ready! My front windshield has no remnants of ever being on the road. No bugs, no smears just pure showroom standards. My tires shine and inside is absolutely perfect. A $25.99 price and worth every penny. I don’t know how they do it but for sure they know what they are doing. Very kind, respectful, hard working dedicated staff. I’m happy….thank you so much!!!!!

Too bad I can't give zero stars. Awful car wash. The car was not completely vacuumed and the inside was left dirty. What a waste of hard earned money. I won't make this mistake again.

The entire staff made us feel very welcomed, they answered any questions we had for them . Very informative and made sure we were happy with their services . Santiago in the lube section was very attentive to details on making sure our oil change experience was fast and easy, Jared was also very attentive and helped us out with the car wash aspect of the their services , he made sure we got our truck detailed just the way we talked about. 100/10 recommend!

If you're looking for a half ass job. This is definitely the place for you. If you only need a vacuum and interior clean. It's $150... Or you can go to a real car wash ( Emlios ) on Spencer and get it done for $40. And a top quality job.

Sent my company truck to get washed there, was told that i would have the inside cleaned and a basic wash on the outside for $44.99. Came back an 1 1/2 later to see that the truck was indeed washed on the outside but was not fully cleaned on the inside as promised. Still debris in the seats, still trash(bucces cup) in my center console console and a pool of water in my driver side floorboard. I even talked with the manager and said he could not honor what i said told. He did try to make it right ( just another vacuum) after I addressed these issues but they had the first time to make it right plus I need my company vehicle for work purposes not to wait around for them to try again. Me and the company I work for will not be back.

I wish I had taken a before picture. I carry my dog to work with me every day and when they got done with my Aviator, you could not tell that a dog had ever been in there! And Kirstin at the register today was a delight! Overall I’m very happy with the service!

I am not happy about the service they did. I payed $60 to have the inside and outside of my car washed and when I got my car back as I was driving away I noticed that there was dust, smudges on the inside of the windows and the cup holders were not properly cleaned as well as other things. I’ll never go back to this place what a joke seriously.

This place is 10/10. From the staff, the service, wait time, etc., everyone was so sweet and caring! Jose (primo is what they call him) was sooo amazing! I had a scratch on my car that I couldn’t get out on my own. I asked Primo if he would be able to get the scratch off and he did not hesitate to help! It was out in seconds and I was amazed! Thank you to the amazing staff for getting my car looking new again! I will be recommending this place to everyone!

I seen a couple of tick tick videos of Sparkling Image car wash. I saw nothing but good reviews so I went ahead gave this place a try. Service was fast but when I took off, I noticed my vehicle was not clean or vacuum correctly. I think they also used dirty towels to clean because it left a weird dirty spell inside my car😢. I had to go home and reclean my vehicle. I'm very disappointed because i paid good money for a good service.

This car wash pays attention to details like no other. They dry your car by hand to make sure not to leave behind any water spots, the customer service is great, and the products they use are really good. For example, the shiner they use for the tires is the best I’ve ever seen. In my opinion their prices are fair as long as you go to get your car washed 1-2 times a week. Plus they are very fast, so it hardly takes any time out of your day and your car gets to look like new again.
