This shop is a nightmare, I just took my truck to fix a transmission, first after I told them it was a 2009 gmc sierra they told me it was going to be between 1300 and 1600 dollars, then they told me they have to charge me 575 to take the transmission down and check what was wrong, two days later they called me saying that the transmission was so bad and was about 4700 to fix it, and they was trying to sell me a used transmission with 120,000 miles for 2150 plus labor so the total was going to be 3750. So I went to the dealer and I bought the transmission new with 100,000 miles of warranty for 2550, and then they charged me 1900 for labor. They also was trying to fix the oil pump on the engine and it was just a sensor, they was trying to fix the ignition switch because suppously it was going to get my transmission bad. So if you have a problem with your car please find another place, with better quality and where you can get the price right since the beginning and that will be cheaper for you..

Don’t go to Gallo Transmission for anything they tried to price gouge me they wanted $9000 for a transmission repair. I had it done for 4200 at AAMCO then when I removed my vehicle from their shop it came back missing my tow package computer when I asked the company about it they pretty much told me to get lost, I will never go back to these guys I hope they go out of business.

STRESS!!! Not this time 😀... Every time I work out of town, something back at home falls apart. This time it was my daughter's car. While visiting a friend, it seemed as if the transmission in her car was going out. She did the right thing, called me instead of attempting to drive it home. I came across Gallo Transmission and the reviews convinced me to call. The owner cared so much about my concerns, she gave me her personal cell and assured me it would be taken care of. She arranged the tow and went above and beyond what I expected in customer service. I highly recommend Gallo Transmission for all your automotive needs.

I have not received a bill or got my truck back, but, my wife is a barber and left her equipment in the cab of the truck. Gallo is closed on the weekends. Today is Saturday. Not knowing what to do we called the number anyways. The owner, Theresa answer the phone and worked out how we can get the equipment. If that isn't 5 star customer service I don't know what is. I will update with the service and cost once complete. Thanks again Mrs Gallo.

Steve called me and kept in touch throughout the entire process. Completely professional. I have used them for years for all of my vehicles because they are honest and I trust their work. This was my first time at Gallo Transmission. I am very pleased with their service. I had my engine & transmission mounts replaced, power steering fluid, oil change, tire alignment & balance. My car no longer shakes on the highway and doesn't sound like an old clunker anymore!!
