Completely disappointed in the service department. I brought my car in bcuz it had parts stolen and vandalized and I ask them if I could bring you in a Certified mechanic with me before receiving my vehicle and deductible they said no in my vehicle came out with no side mirrors radiator still messed up and no windshield wiper now I have to bring them back in for them to finish the job that should have been done in the first place

Worked with Jason at time of repairs and everything went great. A year later the hood they painted is blistering and rusting out and they say we wont cover that because it's a existing panel that was repaired not replaced. They got the money from the insurance company so they dont care. We have spent a lot of money at gandrud buying several vehicles and using their services but I've gotta say wont be going back to gandrud at all because of the way this was handled not having their work even last a year and them not excepting responsibility for subpar work.

Excellent service! Worked with Tyler at Gandrud. He was extremely helpful and kind. Went above and beyond to help me. Overall, very impressed with the quality work, friendly team there, and how quickly they got the repairs done. I was in and out in a breeze. THANK YOU!!

I went in this morning at 7:15 AM (June 16, 2014), without notifying them ahead of time. I needed my engine shield re-screwed back on, since it was scraping on the road. (It is located underneath the front end of the car engine). I also informed them that I could not be late for work (8am) and if I could leave it there to be worked on. They fixed it on the fly and only took them 15 minutes and “DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME.” I was out of the shop by 7:35. Just in case they even called their shuttle service to be on standby to take me to work, talking about professionalism. I would recommend them to anybody or at least give them a shot. My vehicle is an Infiniti G-35, and I would have no problem taking it to a Gandrud, Chevrolet Auto Body Shop.

They do OK work. if there is any problem at all be prepared to be lied to, in every possible way for them to avoid any possible responsibility. I ended up having to take my vehicle to another collision center afterwards to just finish the repairs at my own expense.

I took my vehicle in for a free estimate, as advertised on the website. I've been waiting two weeks to hear from my insurance company and then found out that the shop just got the numbers today and would call it in. A few hours later, after asking them to cancel my appointment, I was told they already had the parts and would have to send them back if I canceled my appointment. So Gandrud already had the figures to send in the estimate and I was lied to earlier in the day. So nothing is actually for free.

Went there for an insurance claim. Gentleman there was very rude off the bat. Condescending. I didn't care. I just wanted my car fixed. When I came to pick it up I looked it over got in and started driving off only to stop before even pulling out of the lot since one of my tires was totally flat. Punctured. They punctured my tire. They'll patch it they say. They have me drive on the flat- which could have further damaged the wheel- from the body shop to the service center. They weren't in any rush either to patch it. What should take five minutes took an hour so I had to wait with my wife and baby an hour or so for them to patch my tire which they somehow punctured themselves. But that's not even the worst. After driving a bit I realize theres a rattle in the panel which was supposed to be repaired. I went back a few times but they only brushed me off each time instead of opening the panel and finding what was broken. Now the rain leaks from the same corner. They didn't fix what was damaged by the hit. They only put some nail polish on it. If you value your vehicle and if you want the repairs done right stay away from this joint.

This was my first time repair work in Gandrud Collision Center in Green Bay when my Corolla fell in an accident in snow storm. I'm impressed by the work they did. They took 5 full days to complete the work. They provided a complimentary car of equivalent size (in my case, a very new Nissan Sentra). I worked with Mr. Jason and he helped me in the whole process. Thank you very much, Mr. Jason. My car still needs to get a small thing to be fixed next week as the item did not arrive on time to them. They said they would call me when it arrives and have it fixed in 5 minutes sometime next week. I will wait for that fix. When I received the car, it felt like a brand new Corolla both inside and outside. They cleaned everything properly. Happy about the work they did so far. I will try to update the review in the future, if needed.

I brought my Nebula Gray Pearl Lexus here with paint damage on the rear quarter, and I thought the paint would be off after repainting. No way they'd match it closely especially with the pearl... My paint from the factory had lots of silver flakes. They color matched it perfectly! You can't even tell anything had ever happened now. My car is perfect again! They even cleaned and vacuumed my car. I definitely recommend!

Took my silverado in for repairs after being involved in a fender bender. They got it done in a timely fashion, worked well with my insurance company, and it's close to enterprise car rental. No complaints, good job all around!

I traded truck in after getting it fixed.. Issues after picking it up: Broken plastic on steering column Door had wind noise Passenger door was covered in buffer trails and holograms ,whoever taught that person how to use a orbital polisher needs to be fired. Vehicle was covered in swirls from them washing it half assed. Can't believe the amount of swirls they caused from just 1 "wash"

Buyer beware! We made a mistake and backed into someone's truck, yup we screwed up. I told the owner of the truck to take their vehicle wherever they would like to get an estimate to get the truck repaired. They unfortunately took it here. The owner of the truck explained the situation to the employee (I will spare his name). Said employee took photos and wrote up an estimate. The owner emailed me the estimate. I said ok, I will pay this out of pocket. Take it in and I will pay the bill. The truck got fixed, said employee emailed over the invoice to the owner and it was 2.5 times what the estimate was for! I was born at night but not last night. I immediately called and spoke to said employee and he told me that the bumper, bumper brackets, paint (painted bumper) were not on the original estimate. The bumper was the most obvious part of what we backed into, I mean obvious. He then proceeded to tell me that this is "normal". Normal? I said, yes he stated. There was also a headlight bracket that was broken that they could not see from a visual inspection until they took the truck apart. I totally understand that part, unforseen things can happen. So I paid a visit and spoke with the manager. I will also not call out his name. He proceeded to tell me that this was all normal and that he once forgot to include a windshield in a quote for a deer damage vehicle. A windshield, yes he said. A windshield did not 2.5 X the estimate for your job. To make a long story short. Both of these guys would not come clean to just apologize for screwing up the quote. Accidents happen and none of us are perfect. I wanted to speak to the manager's boss but was told he does not have a boss....hard to believe. So instead of paying for this fender bender out of pocket, I had to get my insurance company involved. Magically the final invoice dropped by $1,000 just by me mentioning insurance. I think the Rydell group has some training to do. This is a 100% true story.

I had front end damage to my car from a previous accident. With working with the insurance adjuster, I chose to go to Gandrud Collision Center. The mechanics looked it over and gave me a few establishments of what it could cost with just looking at it for a few minutes. They said that they would know better once they got into it. Then I called my adjuster and he set up for a rental car. They said they were fixing it. So I waited about a month, which I was told to wait for a call back. I talked to Gandrud, which told me that they cannot fix a car that was totaled per their policy. I could come in and pick it up and give them the rental car, they would return it for me. I had to pay Enterprise close to $200.00 out of my pocket, a month has passed. Gandrud told me that they cannot get my car out they'll call me. We had a snow storm earlier and my car was buried theysaid. Nice!!! Meanwhile, the adjuster never totaled my car out. I was going to keep it, get it fixed, and drive it. I never got a call from Gandrud stating that they were not fixing it. A whole month and not 1 call, message, nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very very unprofessional. This whole experience was so eye opening. They've been around a long time. I really don't know how. They never followed up on this. BEWARE!!!!!!

Estimate was 6 days. It has now been 3 weeks (14 business days with the holidays). So what I thought was a $36 rental cost (after insurance) has now tripled with no explanation why - zero communication from Gandrud. WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN.

Went to them since I bought my vehicle from Gandrud Nissan. I was given. 5 min estimate and the guy took pictures of the damage fairly close to the vehicle. They estimated 6 days. After they had the car he tells me he didn’t notice the headlight housing on the damaged side was cracked yet when you look at it with the naked eye you can see see a chunk of it missing. He said that was going to delay it maybe a day. Then we had a snow storm and that turned into 2 days. They have now had it 4 days more and it is still not finished yet. It sat at the service department for “calibration” all day Friday and he didn’t check on it until I called at 2:35. It hadn’t even been assigned to anyone and now I have to be without the vehicle over the weekend with no guarantee it will even be done Monday! The level of incompetence is absolutely staggering. My son had is vehicle in (with more damage) a wee after mine went in (somewhere else) and his is already done!
