I’ve brought multiple cars here for many years. Whether it’s tire changes, alignments, brakes, engine work you name it. Highly recommend to any in the area. One of their Main mechanics Johnny is one of the few I trust in town.

Came in for used tires and they sold me a set for $200 . They showed me 2 tires in excellent condition and said the other 2 were just as good. FALSE. Tires have little to no tread left and i already paid and they wont refund or even give a discount for these bald tires. Ontop of it all they took an hour and a half just to mount the tires not to mention the extra time to balance them. Terrible service. Just rude. Never coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I got quoted 1 price and when I went to pick up my vehicle price was 20$ more than quoted. And the only thing the very rude office lady could tell me was, "well you needed the tire right? We could always just put your old tire on." Now all I was asking for was a simple phone call and apparently that was too much to ask for. I will not be coming back.

I went by accident thinking it was a body shop across the street, I learned a few things and the employees are friendly. I had my car aligned and got a printout of my specs. While not the best place for a lowered car I was able to make it without my lip. The guy who aligns wheels is pretty talented. The alignments are great and they give you the status of your suspension for free!

Super good and reliable service. In and out of shop within 30 minutes and paid for a tire at fair price. They even had my tire size which is uncommon (smaller and stretched) in store and ready to go.

I've been coming here for many years. Their prices are very competitive often better than the big box stores where you get techs with no experience right out of high school. Alignment and suspension work they have always had the best prices I don't even call around for other quotes because it's a waste of time. Our minivan, school bus conversion two cars and boat trailer all have tires from Garza.

They always give good deals and are always very helpful. Recently I went and they tried to get me to do work I didn't need on my car when all I went in for was a new front tire. They than charged me for an inspection without me asking for it. When I asked why I was being charged for something I didn't ask for I was told it would be credited back when they performed the work. I told them I was going to have my uncle check it and if it needed the work they said it needed I would purchase the part and have them do it. Well it didn't need everything they claimed which would of cost me almost $400 my uncle fixed it for $30 I only need one part changed not 2 like they stated. When I went back to get it aligned they didn't want to credit me because they didn't do the work. I told them it was done without my knowledge and it needed to get credited. They only credited part of what they should of and left my car still unbalanced. I will never go there again. Pay attention to what they do.

Had a strut install at one point in time but then had issues … when to Hansen tire and was told ( I don’t know ) but they put in in backwards… told them and said it wasn’t them… like you guys bought it …

Haven't been there in years. Bought used tires. Had to get new ones in less than 2 months. Just got a new tire for a ford f150. Was sure it. Would be more than $150. Was $133. And the people are very nice people

Just bought a "like new tire" and it went flat on the way home ! Theres a audible and visible hole in the sidewall!!! Waste of money and it put me in a worse situation than I was in!

So I took in my truck for a so called "alignment", then realized they didn't align crap. The truck felt the same exact way as how I had brought it in. Than, I even noticed it needed lots of suspension work. Therefore, I believe the alignment did not happen. But, they still took the $120.

We were driving from LA to Seattle when we got a flat tire near Merced. Garza had the right size tire (3 other shops either didn't have the tire in stock or were already closed on Saturday evening) and got us back on the road quickly even though it was a half hour before closing. I purchase four new tires 60,000 mile warranty. I bought them at this tire shop with only 25,000 miles on them Something appears to be wrong. They told me that the only way to see if the tires qualify for warranty was to send them to the manufacturer. What am I supposed to do? Leave my car there for a few months? This was after about 20 minutes of the person looking through a box of records for no reason. Terrible! Just left, never going back. Same

Taken to get breaks done. Afterward hear a clicking on one of the sides they worked on. checked under hubcap and a lugnut was missing. Took it back to let them know the tech missed a lug and they claimed it was already like that. Refused to do anything about it. Will not be going back.
