We have taken our car here 3 times to get a leak fixed, every diagnosis they said they fixed it, and it was the valve stem. At first it would take a week to loose 5 psi, now it leaks down to 0 in a hour. I took it to another shop (Les Schwab) and they diagnosed it as a cracked rim, but tough luck now we don’t have a car to drive do to americas tire multiple failures.

Saturday 5/15/25, one of my back tires looked suspiciously flat. Sure enough, on my way to the dog park the tire pressure alert came on. I pulled up to America’s Tire 5 mins before closing with my dog in the back seat and they had me out of there in LESS THAN 15 mins. It turned out that my tire was sitting at 11psi (should be 30psi) and had a tiny hole in it. Sam was quick to let me know what was up AND patched the issue. Thank you so much Sam & Kevin for taking the time to fix my tire even though you guys were closed at this point. Y’all deserve a raise. Incredible people and service. 11/10 will come here for my tire needs from here on out.

Second time buying a tire from them this year. Both times by the time we got home the tire was low (we live 3 miles away). Leaking air. I had to take it back the next day, the serviceman "fixed" it by putting glue in the valve stem. 6 months later, the same thing. We bought another tire and on the drive home it leaked air, quick! It was low when i woke up the next day. It was completely flat when I got out of work (still within the first 24 hours of purchase) this time they said the rim was cracked. That's why the tire was not holding air. They charged us $28 to put that tire on another rim. That made me really question their business ethics. How did they not know the rim was cracked less then 24 hours before? If they knew did they purposefully let me leave the store after paying over $300 for a brand new tire? And, how do they feel good about charging us an additional $28 to fix an issue they missed? I'd be wary of purchasing tires from them in the future. Apparently they're ok with sending people on the road with cracked rims (issues the sales posters in the lobby claim they fix) or they're not properly trained to spot a cracked rim? In that case how safe are the drivers who buy tires from them? Will think twice about going back. You should, too.

I have been to this shop just for tire pressure help, which was always quick and helpful, and free even though I wasn't an actual customer. Today I needed two new tires, and decided to give them a try although I didn't have an appointment. I was so scatter brained and hot today, I didn't get the salesperson's name, but my receipt says Kevin. He was quick, helpful, and very understanding of my budget. He made sure I left with two new tires so I would be safe on the road. Wait time was like 90 mins so I went to run errands with my husband and when I returned my vehicle was just getting finished. I was extremely happy with my service today!! I'll feel much safer with all my trips to Stanford, so THANK YOU!

Depending on who you get is how your service will be. Some are not experienced salesman and don't know how to fully help you. That part of my experience was quickly fixed with Kevin. I let him know the issues and concerns I had from the previous employee, including the flat tire they promptly fixed, and he was able to address every concern and took care of me. Bought 4 tires from em and was definitely happy with my purchase and experience with him.

They said it would take 20 mins for a simple tire patch. 30 minutes later I went out to see what's going on, and one of their employees takes the tire off to "patch" it. He brings it over to a machine and says "this tire has already been patched!" I'm livid. I'm running late for a funeral and they're ineptly wasting my time. He puts the tire back on and than they come out with one of the hubcaps that they broke because apparently these tire "experts" tried to use the bolt machine on the plastic hubcap bolt cover. Most inept bunch of people of all time. Go anywhere else.

I went in last week to get my tires looked at. I was hoping it was under warranty for the type of damage on the tire but unfortunately it wasn't The technician there explained to me all the details of my particular vehicle and the recommendations. He didn't try to upsell me on anything. Just made sure I was comfortable with the choice I was making for my safety and the reliability of my tires. They installed them quickly and he was able to assist with some discounts due to the early replacement on the tires. They were still really good tires but due to the mishap with them they all needed to be replaced to be safe. Really appreciate his honesty, help, hard work and transparency. Great job James! Service people and technicians like you are the reason I continue to do repeat business with companies like this.

This review is long overdue! On 1/23/2026 I went on vacation with friends and ran into a pothole at 5:00pm to yosemite and got a flat tire due to my rim being bent. The closest family tire shop was closed. I called them up and they told me to go ahead and come down. They closed at 6 but stayed open just for me to be able to come in and get it replaced. It took about an hour and a half for me to get there due to me having to drive slower on the spare tire. Upon arrival there was a full team waiting to help me check in and get out quickly. One of the best experiences from a tire shop and i could not thank them enough! They were my angels that day as i had a full two hours of a drive since i had to drive backwards an hour. A huge thank you to the team who helped me. You have no idea how greatful i am!

I literilly always have to go buy new tire valve caps cus they never put them back on its like its a scam to get people to come back. But lucky valve caps are cheap and i invested on a Milwaukee m18 air pump so now i dont need to waste my time in line for 30 mins for a air pump. Best investment yall just gp buy a fancy Milwaukee airpump and do it yourself and you dont you dont waste any of your valve caps and time waiting in a line that should only take 10 minutes for air pump. Milwaukee m18 inflator yall buy a battery get a tool free deal right now until christmas

Recently visited to patch a tire which could not be repaired due to the location of the puncture. Ended up purchasing 4 new tires as I was at the point they needed to be replaced. I worked with Antonio(Tony) and Eric and both were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased BFG AT tires which ended up being a little too big and were rubbing. I came back and they swapped them out for a size smaller. Can't say enough about the team here, very customer focused. Apart from myself, I witnessed other interactions with other customers and the team really goes above and beyond for their customers. I'll definitely be back when it's time for a change on any other vehicles and will recommend anyone who asks me about where to get tires.

I had ordered a set of tires online and it was simple, great support, and I even ended up paying less for my tires because of their price match. They are a good tire shop and I didn't have a problem with my last set of tires that I bought and had installed from them until this recent visit on 7/12/2025. After having my tires arrive at the shop I had asked for them to be installed, they were fast and helpful. But I ended up with damage to my rear passenger tire rim and both rear center caps. In my pictures you can see that the scuffs are new and the center caps are incorrectly installed, damaging them significantly. It's obvious that it was an inexperienced technician that had serviced my rear tires and I warn others to be weary of who is working on your car when visiting for any of their services.

Don’t wanna be that guy but, DO NOT go here for a wheel alignment. I will and have to take my car in for the 3rd time to fix whatever they failed on fixing the first 2 times, and my ABS and Traction control light turned on from their improper alignment 👎 First visit; My steering wheel was a little turned to the left. Brought it in to fix and after the service it was turning HARD to the left after. Second visit; Brought it in again and now it’s continuously jerking to the right and trying to correct itself and caused the ABS and traction control light to turn on
