First time there was good. Was quick and easy. They took care of my car that just broke down so I could drive it again. They just didn't give me any paper at the end of the day where I saw what was made. So I had no idea what exactly I paid for. Emilio was friendly. Then the second time was kinda annoying. I left my car there for a whole day. When I got there at 7pm they couldn't really tell me what they did all day and what needs to be replaced. They weren't even bothering to explain it to me because I'm a young foreigner woman who "doesn't understand it anyway". I felt disrespected by them. At least they didn't charge me anything that day. If you need a quick fix or something on your car they're okay.

Have had two cars utterly ruined here for fairly simple repairs. First time felt like foul play. Second time I asked the shop that was on the exact same block as this one and confirmed; foul play. Ruining cars and then trying to upsell on parts that you didn't even go in for. And the cars they sell are all lemons. Wouldn't send anyone I know here and definitely wouldn't take my car here. At all. I've been told by multiple people after the fact that this shop is shady.

I've been coming here since probably about 2015, I think. I keep coming back because they are very good at what they do. And Emilio is awesome. Every time I come here I'm always satisfied with my service. I know that they do a good job because I came back to take a family member's car to get worked on and they have been getting a lot busier over the years. When you bring your car in, you might have to wait, but it's totally worth it.

I’m a mechanic and my buddy brought his Tahoe in for transmission and 2 weeks after them doing it he had to go back in cuz his transfer case blew then his transmission again which the dropped and broke upon removal . Gets Tahoe back today and comes over and it’s leaking transmission fluid and fluid from transfer case . I fixed for him told him don’t waste your time or money going back I’ll fix it for you . Do not have transmission work done here go to a real transmission shop that knows what they are doing or your car will spend more time at there shop then with you driving it

It turned out the car needs a whole new transmission and rather than charging me for figuring that out or the several little things that they could have he said it was better to just keep driving it until it actually broke and didn't charge me a single dollar.

I heard funny sounds, pulled off hwy. Went to start, and the serpentine belt broke. I contacted tow truck, got towed to E & J. They made time for my vehicle. Grandma alone, with 2 kids & 2 dogs. In 100 degree heat. Put us all in a shady spot, directed us to food with in walking distance. Finish my car, had me back on highway. Can feel better about reaching my destination. I appreciate the kind service. Gave us cold water, and for dogs. Drove the vehicle to make sure it is okay. Checked my fluid levels, and tire pressure. It felt like I was being taken care of. It was a correct, and reasonable price. This grandma was pleased with efficiency, and speediness, and curtiousness. Thank you for for getting me back home. Back to Bouse Arizona.

Wonderful service and great people!! My car quit on the highway while passing through town and Emilio fit it in right away, actually driving over to get it, quickly diagnosing the issue (belt and pulley in need of replacement), and repairing it so I could get on the road again as quickly as possible. He was extremely kind and helpful throughout (as was the office lady, though I didn't catch her name) and made a stressful situation so much better! Plus his prices were more than fair. I highly recommend E & J Auto Repair for trustworthy service at an honest price. (And don't forget to say hi to his beautiful dog, Nelly, while you're there:)

A truly amazing company!! We had issues with our blinker light for almost a year, went to several auto places that were higher named and they kept telling us it was electrical and that it was an issue with the wiring. Couldn’t get anywhere with it. Went to these guys and turned out it wasn’t wiring at all, was fixed within 15 minutes. They will be a go to for all our car issues from now on. They were also so kind here, I really recommend them!

Would not recommend at all. Save your money and go elsewhere. My dad went here and paid roughly 6k for an engine swap, just for it to die a week later. They pretended to fixed the problems just for it to pop back up. They did this for about 5 times before telling my dad he needed an engine swap. This are filthy people

Every single time! Every time I need help, these guys never fail! Always there for me whether they’re busy or not, they will have my problem figured out same day. Honest people, as they don’t force you to do any work, they just tell you what’s the problem and give you a reasonable price to fix the problem. Unlike these other guys who insist you “fix the problem right away!” So far, I’ve had my radiator fixed by them and many other things related to my vehicle. 5 stars all the way!

I recently brought my jeep to figure out why it was overheating after installing a new thermostat and they were able to figure out it was a faulty piece and installed a brand new one without charging me for labor! They were so sweet. Darla, the lady at the front was so funny! Had me cracking up. I loved her. 10/10 I would recommended going here for car issues! Such a wholesome auto shop which is hard to come by nowadays

I don’t recommend this place at all. Because the reviews I saw made me think it was a good place, than I decided to take my truck there to do a tune up. And also I told owner to do a rotation as well and to check my trucks condition to make sure I could drive it on a long trip safely. After they told me it was ready, I went to the office to pay with my credit card and I asked for a receipt; they said the receipt was the paper that I signed with the total I paid. And that was not the receipt and I told them again that was not the receipt. I needed the receipt that they charged my credit card. The worst was after I started driving my truck, I started hearing a loud noise and it started shaking and my engine light turned on, so I decided to go back to tell them what happened, they were supposed to fix it but now I don’t feel safe in my truck or driving it, now I have to take it to another place to check it to see if they messed it more then before instead of fixing it. They didn’t even do the rotation on my tires because they “forgot” after they almost charged me $500, now I don’t know how much they will charge in another place to check to see if my truck is fine. It’s not fair to charge a lot of money for terrible service

After going to SIX (6) different places to try to figure out why one (1) kept saying not ready for smog so technically not failing. In contacting the smog referee and them saying there was nothing they could do that I should try taking it to a dealer and the dealer saying they don't work on cars for smog check. I took the car to E&J and he was able to figure out the problem and pass smog within a few hours. Highly recommend excellent customer service!!! I will definitely be returning for any future mechanical needs.

Can't recommend this mechanic enough. They get everything done on your car no ifs and buts. They do not need an appointment so you won't have to call a week ahead and they get to your car lightning fast. They always provide the most affordable prices and they always recognize their most loyal customers. They are the most friendly individuals that would never rip you off . They love animals both dogs and cats as shown in their office and it shows. They are really compassionate individuals and work as hard or even harder than most people for their community and customers. They have saved my broke self several times with their very inexpensive prices. I cannot recommend this place enough.
