NOTHING BAD TO SAY! August 2020 My family and I are from Chicago, Illinois. We were camped near Yosemite NP and actually IN the park when we found out our U Joint was snapped. We called all over the place to try and get us in. Every place we called said they would be able to get us in after Labor Day. We were supposed to be home in the weekend before. Tom was able to get us in and we only were delayed a few days, not a few weeks. Tom knew that we had to get home, he ordered the parts we needed and shipped them to be there over-night. If it wasn't for Tom, I'm not sure when we would have made it home.

They did a great job getting my RV back up and running. Broke down 80 miles from Merced. Got towed there over the weekend. Ford road side assistance could not find a shop anywhere that could do the repair quickly. Tom (service manager) said he could get us in. On Monday, when they opened, his team looked at the issue and ordered parts. The next day the warranty work was complete, and we were back on our way. Anyone with a Ford chassis motorhome needing service while on the road should call ahead and make an appointment here to get the work done. Very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
