Purchased a 2018 Nissan Sentra with the warranty. Before I got home from the purchase check engine light was on. I have had it a little over than five months and check engine line has been on 3 times and AB’s malfunction and it has been a run around dealing with the dealership. Regret purchasing vehicle here.

I had a friend just buy a vehicle from this facility and had immediate issue. Check engine light came on and issue with fueling the vehicle. They new there were problems and still let the customer drive off the lot. Vehicle was brought back for repairs thanks to the warranty but when the owner saw the poor review (which was honest and legit) he refused to fix the vehicle. Bad business all around. Watch out for this place.

I purchased a vehicle here on 9-15-23 I’m going into 2024 without a registration. I cannot drive the vehicle without the risk of it being towed. I have received a ticket for not having the registration. I received a citation for the vehicle I traded in. Apparently the release of liability had not been submitted I spoke with the unprofessional owner who cursed me out for leaving a review that he felt was negative. He sold me a car with a lost title.

I recently purchased a Jeep here. Drove it home and check engine light came on. Brought it back, day later they said it was ready, drove back down started diving home, check engine light again. Bought it with no gas during the test drive, they said they would put gas in it, put less than a quarter tank because they knew it had an issue with pumping fuel. The nozzle clicks over and over like it’s full. They knew this and still sold me it. Still waiting 3 days later for them to tell me the vehicle is ready. Poor customer service and poor business practices ***update, drove back to pick it up for the 3rd time. This time working directly with the owner Baltzar. He didn’t like my first review and used that against me during a phone call with him. Very unprofessional. Needless to say, jeep was down from 3/4 tank of gas to 1/2 and 2 coils replaced at this point. Soon as we turned it on, check engine light came on. Talked with the owner and thankfully I bought the “warranty”. Taking it to a Jeep dealership, hopefully they can figure out the problem. Pretty disappointed in this place and highly advise against buying a car from this place.

This place is bunch of crooks! The own is Rude and Unprofessional I highly don’t recommend coming here for any auto services or car purchases. The staff there is unprofessional they will leave oil stains in your car while they work on it and mud. They will just take your money and not trouble shoot the problem. They will hustle you out of your own hard money. Believe I had the worst experience here ever! Report this place to the Business better Bureau! They are so shady at Auto world don’t trust them at all.

Placed a deposit to hold a vehicle for a few hours. vehicle was not as advertised. Interior was covered in cigarette burns and melted plastic. Company refuses to return deposit which is illegal in the state of California. They also tried to sneak a 3000 warranty into the sales contract. There was no signed agreements. This dealership is shady. Stay away.

Bought a car in JANUARY 2024, and still have not recieved my tags and registration. It is not 10/2/24. I have called the dealership MULTIPLE times and they just tell me it’s the DMVs problem and not theirs, or they give me the run around and try to tell me their boss isn’t there, when he is in fact there when I try to call and ask what’s going on. They sold me a car almost 9 months ago and they arnt doing shit on their part to get me all the things I need like they should have. They also told me my car would be detailed before I drove off the lot. It was not. They then told me to come back at a later date to get it cleaned…. Even after it was “detailed” there was still a mess and I had to get it professionally cleaned. Super super SUPER unprofessional

So it’s been about a month now since I bought my 2016 Dodge ram 1500 from Baltazar at Merced Auto World . And I can’t be more happy. I’ve already taken it for an Oil Change and was told it’s in great shape . I was a little nervous cause I don’t know much about this truck. But I found out it’s really good on gas too . With the Hemi it hauls ass too! I’m 5 foot three With long blonde hair and Everyone is always looking at me when I get in because I’m so short lol. But he made the buying process completely easy. I was qualified within an hour. I drove all the way from Sacramento to pick it up and it only took a couple hours and I was on my way home. When I’m ready to trade my car again I’m definitely going here ! Thanks so much Baltazar !! A+++

Purchased a Subaru from this dealership. Kept getting a check engine light for a misfire code but was told it wasn't misfiring. Warranty doesn't cover maintenance parts. Then eventually I got a boost leak. Subaru went to inspect the engine and found that my wiring harness has been spliced into and that there's wires everywhere bypassing sensors and that my ECU has been wired to make it think the engine was okay but it really isn't. I was then told this car won't pass smog when it comes time to smog it. My warranty that I purchased doesnt cover electrical. This dealership is a shark and doesn't care about their customers. Don't make my mistake and buy anything from these people.

Came here to get the AC system In my 2001 Ford expedition fixed. It was good for about 4 months and now it doesn't work none of it will turn on all it does is blow hot air. however, their customer service is amazing and they are very kind. Bought my 2020 Corolla here. Service was great, very professional. I spoke with Jonathan on the phone but mainly worked with Baltazar and Gabe. Everyone was very professional; Gabe especially was very helpful and even arranged to meet me at a gas station so that I could drop off some paperwork and still make it to an interview on time (rather than have to go all the way back to Merced Auto World). Gabe also took me on my test drive. I'm often wary of being alone with men, as a woman, but he was a complete professional and very friendly. I felt 100% safe. Never felt condescended to, and I was welcome to poke around the car as much as I wanted to. I left the car an extra day for a minor repair and it was ready first thing in the morning. The car itself is great, exactly as advertised, runs well, is very clean, and fits all my needs. All in all, a great experience.

Stay away from this place. I had to talk to the dmv investigations about this place this place and do a picture lineup to identify Baldizar at the request of the Stockton District Attorney. They know who that guy is cause he’s super dishonest and a thief. I had the car for 4 months and never got my tags. Seriously stay away from this place unless you want to get screwed outta a lot of money

If I could give zero stars I would. No one should ever do business here. I bought a jeep here three years ago and as soon as I got home (an hour drive) the check engine light came on. I had to dump almost what I paid into it and it still had problems. They told me they’d fix it, kept my jeep almost a year, said it should be good, as soon as I turned it on, check engine light. This place is a joke, even some of the employees agreed. Don’t buy from here, you’ll seriously regret it
