Didn’t actually do the work that was sold. Each part they’ve “replaced” is failing in some fashion including: brakes, steering box, steering lines leaked the day I got home, and starter. Now that I’m looking the steering box don’t look new like I was sold.

Bought a used car from Razzari's July 2023. I heard a sound that I felt needed attention. The service department was very nice making sure to locate my problem and to repair it as fast as possible. They were very respectful in the fact that these mechanics listened to everything I said and responded, which unfortunately doesn't always happen when a senior citizen is talking to a mechanic in a garage. They even sent their technician with me as I drove it so that he could hear the noise that I was hearing. Sometimes the driving style of one person is different than another so he rode with me so that I could bring attention to the sound I was hearing. They replaced the front rotors and brake pads having it ready for me at 9:00 a.m., the morning after leaving it overnight, at 4:30 in the afternoon as they were closing. The sound stopped. Thank you to the service department. Sorry I don't remember everyone's names, but all the ones I spoke with were very helpful.

I had an interesting experience with Ford Razzari service center. I brought my new Ford Maverick in for recalls and oil service. One of the techs accidentally dinged my door. The service department handled the accident extremely professionally. They replaced my door within 10 days and matched the color exactly. My oil change was also comped. They apologized for the accident and took great care of me afterwards. They have definitely earned my trust.

They don’t honor service appointments and hold your car all day. Even thought the appointment is set for 10am, the vehicle wasn’t being worked on until 2pm and I think only because I had called in asking about status , was promised a call back after they attempted to speak with tech multiple times and those never came. Even waited 1 hr before calling back. There is zero communication even though they send you the text saying to text them any question during the service appointment. To top it off they were delivering my vehicle to the wrong address, I only caught this because I was tracking it due to their delays. They wasted my gas and time. This was brought up to the service director Mike Leap and it’s been crickets, not a follow up or apology and it’s been 3 weeks since.

This was the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I set an appointment to look at a car. When I arrived it was as if no one had the time to come talk to me. When someone did acknowledge me they showed me the car, didn’t ask me if I wanted to test drive it or run numbers. After the interaction became awkward I simply left. I was contacted after asking me if I still wanted to look at it since I didn’t come in, I advised that I was in and did look at it but wasn’t given the opportunity to drive it or buy it. Then when I came back the car was already sold. Set up an appointment to look at another similar vehicle. I show up the next morning and the vehicle is filthy both inside and out. We run numbers and I don’t negotiate as the price was fine. I pointed out the broken rear window to which they just said “oh it shouldn’t spread”. When I get in to drive off in my new purchase, it had no charge at all. Then I discover the 12v battery also needs to be replaced. I agree to leave them the car over the weekend (which I am now paying interest on even though I hadn’t taken delivery of the vehicle). They say they’re going to charge it up and clean it for me. I show up Monday afternoon, car still wasn’t charged, they did not replace the battery, and they did not clean it what so ever. A quick trip to have the tires properly inflated (because they weren’t) showed that he tires with white paint which read “KEEP” were in fact not good, not only not good but older than the car itself. So I had to replace those. Oh and the car didn’t come with a home charger at all. Worse vehicle purchase experience of my life and I’ve bought a lot of cars. No wonder this place has the reputation it does.

I had a very poor experience at Razzari Ford in Merced and do not recommend taking your vehicle there. From the start, communication was a major issue. Unfortunately, you must first go through an answering service before being connected to the dealership, which is extremely inconvenient. It takes about five minutes just to reach someone, and even then, getting transferred to the correct department is a challenge. My service advisor was very difficult to get a hold of and repeatedly told me she would call me back, but would take forever and was always “busy”. Every time I managed to get a status update, I was told the vehicle was “pending with warranty,” yet my vehicle was simply sitting parked in the dealership lot with no work being done. After three days with no progress, I expressed my disappointment with the entire process. Since I was out of town, I sent my wife to pick up the vehicle. Instead of addressing our concerns, the service advisor insisted my wife speak with a supervisor by the name of Mike who clearly did not understand or acknowledge our frustration. We were told that our vehicle “wasn’t the only one there,” and that it wouldn’t even be worked on until after the weekend. This would have left our vehicle sitting at the dealership for five days without any work performed. The entire experience felt unprofessional and disorganized, and it raised serious concerns about how warranty claims are handled. I ended up taking my vehicle to another Ford, dealership where I was very impressed with their customer service, communication, and attention to detail. Save yourself the frustration and take your vehicle elsewhere.
