Destroyed the bottom plastic on my car and when I asked to talk to the manger the manger refused to come outside and talk to me I thought bringing my car to dealer I wouldnβt have to deal with this type of service I get better service at a 10 min lube and oil for service this place is a complete joke never again would rather recommend going to Walmart for service than this place

Really sick of this place. There's a rubber gasket under the front end of my car. It keeps coming off. It's been like this since I got the car. I've had it fixed several times. The clerk implied it was my fault. He kept referring to me as darlin.

my exerperience was very unsatisfying. although eric was cool, dont let these cons lie to you and convince you to purchase anything other than what you're willing to. be a little more informed and research what is in your best interest..because these people will only do what puts money in their pockets and(like a pick-pocket does) thats trying to rip you off. you might purchase a car and think you've got the better end of a one sided deal,but dont be too sure. trust this comment, i'm not the only bad review they've got under their belts. i caught them in a lie when i had to listen a testimonial from a finance manager about burning out a fuel pump after running out of gas. a tactic used to persuade you into purchasing some exteneded warranty razzari offers. well, the clown across the street at ford used the exact same story with another customer not even one hour later. they will lie to your face so imagine how they lie about the deal and the warranties they recommend. Listen, you've seen car sales-people on TV and how they are weasels.. well you're not on television but will see it in real life. Dont believe me? go see for yourself, you wont see any cameras but smile...

Service is immediate soon as I arrived. I believe it was Steve. He's the person that always approaches as soon as I pull into his station. Always has a smiling and helps immediately. Knows the job makes commutation easy. I even find the mechanics quite helpful when needed.

Had my car towed to Razzari Nissan over a week ago. They still haven't even looked at my car. I have to call repeatedly, leaving messages before I could even get anyone to call me back to let me know they hadn't even looked at my car yet. However, they now want me to bring them money because they say there isn't any gas in the car for them to run tests. Funny how there was plenty of gas when it was towed in and it's just sat there all this time. I cannot believe the level of incompetency I have experienced. I have requested to have someone in management contact me regarding this last magical disappearance of gas. However, no one has contacted me.

My worker was fantastic I just feel the mechanic failed to do his job causing my vehicle to have further damage than it should have I believe when someone brings their vehicle to a service center and you tell him hey my car broke can you tell me what's wrong with it and in the same sentence they tell you well if there's no lights on we could put the machine on it but you're not going to find out what's wrong with it so they discourage you from letting them test five tests later and now my car's 2000 something dollars to fix and all the mechanic had to do with service the battery or tell me hey your battery needs to be serviced so where does The Fault start or what is it in and who has to pay the customer but overall my customer service from Max was wonderful he never disrespected me he listened to me he understood or didn't but he listened and he was very sincere that he understood how I was feeling service was amazing by Max so thank you but I wouldn't take my car there again

Sister asked me to take her car in for an oil change. I was told wait should only be an hour to 1:30 was there over 2 hours I had to ask them to pull car to the back because they had service vehicles that came after me. I didn't understand what was the wait no other customers were there after everyone had left. No one came to update the service and no one seemed apologetic for even taking as long as they took. Customer service is horrible wouldnt advice bringing vehicle to this place. Would suggest to drive out for a better service . The arrogance is real here and very condescending response when you question the time and service

Very disappointed. My car received oil change as well as oil flush. A forty point inspection. I feel uncomfortable with there so call service. My car not running as originally. Something isn't right. They didn't even update time on clock . I had to ask them to do it. My Bluetooth was tampered with. Having a difficult time reprogramming. I am a disabled senior citizen. I am reluctant to ever return to Razzarri Nissan service.

I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by max (latin guy) in service at 9 am today. He asked the reason for my visit and when I told him it was to replace a part he got upset I didnβt know what part needed to be replaced. After taking my keys and car, he returned to tell me it was going to take 4 hours. This was where things got strange because he seemed happy, almost exited, to tell me that it was going to take 4 hours. Normally, I would understand the length of time to complete the service however it was weird that he was smiling ear to ear and was excited to see the disappointment on my face from the long estimated wait time. The entire reason for me scheduling this appointment at that time was because I was told it was only going to take 2 hours since I had to be at work. I then asked if there was at least a shuttle that could take me to work (because I took it last visit) and thatβs when a huge grin came across his face to say βthere are no shuttles or rental cars available.β He enjoyed watching my disappointment and lacked any care or concern about my needs as a customer. I do not recommend max to anyone, unless you want to deal with an untrustworthy and completely sadistic employee.
