This place sucks out loud. I made the mistake of coming here and failing my fuel evap test. I fixed the problem and when i came back for retest theyre machine was broke. I waited for 5 hours while they fixed it only to be told that BAR had to send them a new machine because they cant reenter you into the system once ot locks you out. Innexperience? Now im back for another retest and two people so far are in and out while im waiting. I was told i picked a bad day because its callibration day. This place is a joke. Oh and the last two times here its only one guy working because the other guys always got something going on. If youre looking for quality dont come here. If youre into third world plastic surgery, this is your place.

Took my obd1 vehicle here. They tested my vehicle twice. Said the first time that the machine malfunctioned. After the second test they stated my vehicle failed evap test. Took the vehicle to the Bar and it passed. Do not trust this place. They dont know what they are doing. Took my money and failed me for no reason.

Needed a quick & cheap last-minute smog check done on my vehicle. Friendly and very quick to work. Prices are very reasonable (about $50 for full smog) and they even helped me out a bit since I was a student. I recommend this place.

They are real quick with the smog service. When I didn't pass, they will tell me what I need to get done before coming back for a free retest. Their open hours are the best in town if you work during the weekdays during business hour of 8 to 5. They open late and the weekends.

Since I've been in Merced the only place I've gone to for my smog checks is All Smog Express #2. They always have me in and out in a jiffy. This is the 3rd time I've brought my truck to have it smogged and once again my truck passed and I'm in and out in no time. So if you need a Smog check, check them out.

Great place to have my vehicle smogged. Didn't have an appointment so had to wait. However the wait was only about half an hour. I will definitely return next time I need a vehicle smogged and I highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable, better than at another place, plus if we had to re-smog (fortunately we didn't), they would do it. Other place would not. Again, I highly recommend!

Wouldn't recommend I took my vehicle there with no check engine light engine on. Was told it emissions control system wasn't ready whatever that meant. To drive it for a while, then come back for a free recheck, but before I do take it to auto parts store to check the codes to see anything comes up. I drove it to Fresno and back went to two auto parts stores to check codes. No codes came up , so I went back. Still with the same issue then he said I should have taken it to pay someone to check codes.

This was my first time at this smog shop. I was in need of a smog for my truck and made a last minute drive to Merced. They got me in just minutes before closing and ran the test immediately. They had excellent service and were friendly and helpful. Very quick service and they kept me updated throughout my time waiting. Pricing was very fair as well. I would highly recommend them and will return whenever I need to get my vehicles smogged.
