I brought my car here for a repair and even though I already knew what was wrong. I still paid the diagnosis fee so I could avoid the "it's on you if we don't fix the right part" conversation. I then come back to talk about the issue on my car and agree to get the part ordered for replacement. That was almost two months ago. I've been waiting on this part and a call back from SuperShop since March 7th give or take. I'm not sure what the issue is but I feel as if they didn't want my business. I was advised my car is still driveable in it's condition but the idea wasn't to come here and wait an extra two months on a repair I wanted within a few weeks. Not a great experience. Update: it's been 3 years and not one call back. Every establishment is not obligated to service someone but Super shop didn't have to charge me a consultation fee and lie to my face about being able to fix my car. Incompetence at its finest, empty promises, and the possibility of being ghosted. That's what you get here at SuperShop.

My daughter's car's engine light came on, and we needed to have it checked out before she heads out on an 800 mile road trip to get back to college after the holidays. They were super booked up (seems the secret is out that they are a great place to take cars for repair), but they squeezed us in anyway. They went above and beyond. They checked out the problem, fixed it, and did a great job explaining what to watch for in the future and how to take care of it. We are really impressed and grateful that they were able to verify the car is safe to drive a long distance. We will definitely go back to Super Shop next time we need help with our cars.

First time going here for an oil change. Very friendly staff, also very honest staff. I usually observe and see how staff members treat their customers and all I can say is that they really make you feel welcome and also while you are waiting for your vehicle. They also had donuts 🍩 and offered everyone waiting in the waiting area. My daughter was so happy that made her morning! They even offered us seconds, but we had enough with one. Atmosphere was great!

My mom had a great experience here heading back home. The ford next door wouldn’t help her, and she had a concerning sound in her truck and they hopped in, took a drive, and helped relieve her worries so she could continue her drive home. Dave helped her. She says they were very kind and friendly and extremely helpful, she highly recommends this place!!

As a girl taking your car in is nerve recking but the guy yo front, (benny) was sooooo helpful and made the experience so comfortable, they’re not pushy & will give you a run down on what your car needs. Very reasonable on the price & time. 10/10 recommend. Bonus, the waiting area is so cute!!

Took my car in today for the first time to get an oil change. When I drove off I did a walk around of my vehicle and noticed there was a dent on the rear passenger side. I see why it was parked with the right side facing away from me, thinking I wouldn't notice. Definitely will not be taking my vehicle there again.

I came here to have my oil changed and to have them check my AC that keeps going out and then coming back on whenever I hit a bump, I also wanted them to check any other damage that I might have to my car. The oil change and the AC inspection was $171.35. the oil change oil filter and oil with an environmental charge was $42.90 then $126.73 was for the inspection of my tires, AC, Horn operation, exterior lamps, turn signal, hazard lamps, wiper system, tire inflation, tire rotation, and brakes. The quote that I got for changing out my whole AC, the blower motor and the blower motor resistor front was $439.87 the quote I got on my brakes for hybrid pad disc set brake rotor, new caliper, left rear brake fluid, rear stud and wheel nut and an environmental charge came out to $907.79 the last estimate was for the right front CV axle assembly an axle shaft assembly to remove and replace an environmental charge came out to $351.03. The gentleman that was helping me at the front desk Bennie Sapien was very friendly and explained everything clearly. I love how everything is clean and inviting. I think this place is a tad bit high in pricing.. But it seems like they'll do a excellent job because they know what they're doing! I did have to make a appt. They are booked daily. I booked my vehicle a week ago. They have a beautiful lobby with coffee while you wait, a restroom, a sitting area and a bowlful of candy for you. Very professional and all in uniforms that say Super shop. I will be back when I get paid for each thing that is fixed except the brakes.. a friend will help me do that to reduce the cost. Overall wonderful experience at this shop. Also they were not pushy at all to fix the other things right away they let me decide and Thanked me with a smile.

These guys are incredible. I got stranded in Merced on the way back from Yosemite and these guys did tons of work and diagnostics to help get me back on the road so I could drive home again. They talked me through everything and made me feel right at home in Merced. Their prices were fair, their shop is super clean, and they provide great service. Highly recommend taking your car here if you need really good mechanics who treat you well and don’t take advantage of their customers. Car is still doing great by the way. It would be nice if the customer service would respond to emails especially when I was directed to send an email in the first place. Went in person and couldn’t even get them to read the email they told me to send for a quote. Not even worth the time. Took my business elsewhere down the road and was able to get a quote from another mechanic. Really not that hard to provide better quality customer service.

I just want to say thank you to Benny, paul, and a shuttle driver! I bring my car to super shop automotive and only to this place because I'm guaranteed the work is going to be done right the first time, I get great discounts, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I also trust their integrity and the advice that they give to me regarding car parts and replacements and repair. I highly recommend super performance shop to anybody who has automobile issues. Because you can go somewhere that's cheaper but what are the chances of them doing the job right the first time, which is the issue that I've had before in the past.
