Had a very uncomfortable experience last year. I was immediately treated dismissively and like I didn’t know what I was talking about from the beginning. I brushed that off. But then when I came in to pick up my vehicle I was cat called at in front of the business by the same individual. After having told me I had to pick up my car immediately I’m assuming so he could meet some deadline to get paid more… When he realized I was a returning customer you should have seen the look on his face after cat calling me. My car was still severely not fixed my steering wheel cut all the way right and had to take it back and a part on my car kept falling off when it wasn’t a problem at all before I brought it in. The same individual insisted it was from a previous accident even though I had never been in an accident prior. and all they could do was to temporarily fix it. This only was agreed upon when I brought my dad with me to get some kind of respect. By the time I got home the part fell off again and looking at it I realized it was only being held up by a couple of clips and several were still missing. I went to a different shop because I couldn’t stand the idea of going back. And the man that helped me had the audacity to text me and ask me to leave him a good review.

They took care of all of the tedious details with my insurance company, gave me a ride to pick up a rental car and texted me almost every other day letting me know exactly what stage of repair my car was in. I would recommend this place but i would also like to warn that if you are going for a collision repair ask them to provide an estimate before they disassemble everything. My car had a cosmetic damage and i expected an estimate without my car being disassembled and i was promised for an estimate the next day. The next day i got a message that it will take 15 days for the repair, and i promptly told them that i could not afford to keep the car for so long and want to get it to them sometime later. I was pissed when the lady told me that "they have disassembled the car, it dont have a door and if i want to pick up without it". But finally i spoke to thier boss Bryan and he was able to resolve the situation and understood my situation, as I needed the car for the weekend. Finally they were able to give my car back within 3 days, wherein the original estimate was 13 days. I do appreciate the part where they expedited the process. I would have rated them 5 if i had not had that unpleasant experience during he call. I would still recommend this place for friends and family with a caution to get an estimate before they start the repair.

I was told my car would be complete in a week , ended up almost taking 2 weeks. The bumber doesn't fit flush with the car, and it has sensors on it. In addition they ripped my steering wheel cover.

Worst company I have ever used and I will never use them again. Refuse to do any repairs on my car and then refuse to write a proper estimate about the car. My car was broken into and the alarm was disabled, a bunch of stuff was destroyed, and most importantly the door had a will now not open. But Saul refuses to write any kind of an estimate about that it’s super weird I’ve never had a company be so weird about this but yeah unfortunately after all the drama I’ve already been through now my car is not even getting repaired because this company is so shady .Told me that they would have it done on Friday I came down there on Monday to pick up my car and nothing was done. Every time I’ve had to go down there they made me wait up to 30 minutes just to get anything done this place is the worst and I highly recommend taking your car anywhere else but here. Oh yeah and I used an insurance company for it so if you have an insurance company and you’re using a claim you should absolutely take your car somewhere else this is not the place to go. Saul is the worst and he will not get anything done when he says he will and he also refuses to let you talk when he’s on the phone with you serious problems with this guy. They didn’t even include my alarm that was ripped out in the estimate. This place is seriously a joke. Do not go here they will rip you off for sure. I have included a picture of the alarm panel that was ripped out that they refused to include on the estimate for whatever reason. They tried telling me it was because it looks like there’s no obvious damage but obviously you can see that there was damage so they are completely lying

If I could give them negative stars, I would pour craftsmanship since it was gonna be ready. One day got pushed Two additional times blamed it on parts rough edges, shotty paint work seal was coming off overall very poor
