This was a really great visit. I brought in a battery that I thought wouldn't work and asked if they could help. They tested the battery and said it was at 1%. They offered to charge it free of charge which I enthusiastically said yes. It took an hour to charge but I was so happy I didn't have to buy another battery. I bought some grease and pads for the posts and a brush to clean the poles and leads. It was a really good and quick experience.

I came in the store, looking for only help professional help, which is what they are right? Before I came in, I called the store A manager at the store by the name of Aldo . Promise to help seemed very understanding I explained to him over the phone the situation that we were going through when I came in the store he completely disregarded that gave me a complete attitude which was unnecessary. till we came into the store and gave a lot of UNNECESSARY ATTITUDE i will be addressing this situation to corporate for better service because that was not right for a manager to completely not be able to help and throw attitude at people, he should not be in that position at allI agree can I are going to call corporate to be And I hope his boss sees this review because he needs to address this issue. We called the store with a failing part and promise to help and test my batteries, but because of his poor attitude, he decided not to and disregard everything that I told him all I wanted was help

I need a fuel pump relay for my Acura MDX. For $68.00 they sold me an empty shell for a relay that had been used, opened up, the inside components removed, painted then put the prongs back and snapped back together with some random numbers stamped over the place where some other ones were scratched off. When I returned it he says " This is actually the OEM part!" Well ok but I was supposed to be buying a brand new duralast relay not what he calls an "OEM" part. I need an actual real fuel pump relay to start and drive my car. Really I could of just took the faulty one out of my car and myself opened it up removed the inside components painted it to look new snapped it back together and decorated it with my favorite numbers like 209420 popped it back in and not started my car anymore for free instead of giving them $68.00 of my grocery money. Now I have to wait like 5 days for a refund and I have no car to drive. The store associate gives no F's about it and refused to help me like go pick up a real relay from the other store. He did not seem to acknowledge that the product he sold us was not a working relay and probably put it back into inventory

Went in to buy coolant and was met with a sexist remark by the cashier when he asked me if I was sure I didn’t need “blinker fluid.” Cashier also asked an invasive question about my sexual orientation. Please work on your customer service. These kind of interactions may seem harmless but they discourage women from going into these spaces.

My first time to this location, what a great experience during a busy hour. There was a short wait but who cares, these guys were aware I was there, they let me know. The young man was quick to find my parts and Michael the manager was so exemplary.
