Love the hours. Makes it convenient if you work Graves or Days. Pricing on parts is reasonable. Customer service is good. It's usually not packed. They take care of you pretty quickly.

My go to spot for car parts! Even better if your a triple"AAA" memeber you get discounts on certain parts which is like majority of them. Compared to Oriely and autozone, Napa kwns what their talking about and are able to help you out more than the other two car parts. Like they help and research for parts that your trying to get and the other two shops their just like um it's not showing up in our system and that's it haha!!

Can't give them a zero...don't order online and pick up in the store. They said my order was cancelled over the weekend and now the item is not on sale so it's twice the price. It didn't matter that I had the order in an email. They said it doesn't exist. I went to advanced auto and bought the item online. No problem picking it up. Never shopping at Napa again.

Knowledgeable and friendly employees, and the best quality parts. They almost always have the parts I need in stock or next day pickup, even for my old truck. Maybe a little bit more expensive than an O'Reilly's or AutoZone, but it's absolutely worth the quality and know-how.

Terrible! I recently called Napa Auto parts in Merced, Ca. I ordered some shocks for my tesla model 3 and I was told that the shocks would be there the following day. The following day I drove an hour to this location to pick up my parts and was told that my parts where in Los Angeles and that I would get them 3 days later! WTH !!!!!! . Avoid this location!!!
