Great place to work. A great place to buy a new or used vehicle. I love my Escalade. I can honestly say they stand behind every product they sell.

Recently I brought my 2012 Buick in to find out why my air and heat were only coming out the defrost area. I was told the total repair would be $1,900. I chose to not have it repaired and was charged $160.00 for them to diagnose the problem. I then took the car to Fred Caldwell in Clover for a second option and they were able to fix the car for $590.00. When I return to Gastonia Chevrolet Buick and ask why their estimate was so high I was rudely told by the Service Manger that I just got a good deal and there estimate was correct. A $1.310.00 difference is much more then a good deal! I requested my $160.00 back for the incorrect estimate and was told that was not possible. Needless to say I will not be doing any type of business at Gastonia Chevrolet Buick.

I lost my sweet husband one week ago and have been dealing with the emotions and all that has to be done and feeling extremely overwhelmed and exhausted. Then on top of it, I had car trouble. Left without a vehicle, they got me in and fixed in half a day. So very kind and understanding of my predicament. So appreciative of the service manager and Tim. Then on top of it, they dropped it off to me so I wouldn’t have to figure all of that out! Thank you so much!!

Akil made purchasing easy. I never felt pressured by him. He was nice, patient, and understanding. He was willing to help and give advice needed and also helped my girlfriend get approved. Process was easy and would recommend him to anybody.

Everyone there was very welcoming. But the ones we specifically worked with, Marty, Veronica, and Eddie, were absolutely amazing! This was definitely the best experience we've ever had with a dealership!

I have bought many cars in my lifetime and I must say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the time I walked in till the purchase was complete, I never felt over pressured. I unfortunately had bought my granddaughter a car at another dealership in Gastonia several months before going to Gastonia Chevrolet and it was an awful experience. The salesman was pushy and didn’t want to deal with me because I was a woman. The salesman I had at Gastonia Chevrolet treated me with respect and made sure I purchased the RIGHT Vehicle for me. I highly recommend going to Gastonia Chevrolet and asking for Joey Sronce. He will treat you with respect and do everything he can to get the vehicle that is best for you. Big thank you again to Joey Sronce and the team at Gastonia Chevrolet!

This will come as no shock to the repair managers sitting at their little podiums in the garage area, but my visit (5-27) was handled poorly and is a reflection of the importance ownership places on customer service. The purpose of my visit was to simply ask a tech about an overheating problem I am having with my Cadillac. Mr. Podium Guy told me the man I needed to see was his shop foreman who was cleaning up "a room". He called him letting him know I was going to wait for him in the visitors lounge. After an one hour wait, I had other appointments and told Mr. Podium Guy I had to go. I hope that room is clean. I am no more or no less important than anybody else, and I understand being busy or shorthanded, but you will find I am a regular customer to your maintenance department. I also manage a fleet of vehicles for my company that I have you service. Hope that room was worth it.

Awesome service. I broke down on a road trip from Alabama to Virginia. Gastonia Chevy was the only dealer- certified mechanic that could diagnose my issue in less than 24 hours. They had the truck fixed in less than 72 hours altogether. Very easy to do business with them and they were very helpful over the phone.

Greetings, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to relay a disheartening experience I had at your service department on October 19th, around 3:20 PM. Upon my arrival, there was no one to greet or assist me. I took the initiative to greet a staff member with a friendly "Hi, how are you?" to which she responded simply with "Fine," and then remained silent. I expressed my urgent need for an oil change, but was quickly discouraged by an older gentleman at another register who informed me it was too late in the day for service. Despite the website stating that your shop closes at 6 PM, he mentioned that closing hours on Saturdays are actually at 4 PM. Confused, I inquired if I could return on Monday, only to be told that an appointment would be necessary. As I was leaving, I paused and returned to ask if I could directly book an appointment. The staff member then pointedly told me to call and book through "BAC," though he did not clarify what "BAC" stood for or provide any contact details. Feeling somewhat dismissed, I asked if he could assist me in making an appointment. He sighed before finally attempting to schedule one. As a business owner myself, I am profoundly disappointed with the level of customer service I encountered. It appeared that the urgency to finish the day overshadowed the opportunity to assist me or secure my service for a future appointment. I have visited this location at least three times in the past without an appointment and was surprised to hear that it was now a requisite. This inconsistency prompts me to question what the actual policy is. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive means to enhance the quality of customer engagement at your facility. Offering consistent and courteous service is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Kind regards, Dr. Anthony Andrews

Made an appointment to look at a vehicle at 6:30pm. Received 3 phone calls to ensure that we were coming, plus a text message 2 minutes prior to getting there. We get there and see another couple test driving the vehicle we made an appointment to see. The other couple decided to buy the vehicle as we were getting ready for a test drive. This is poor customer service when you have an appointment with a certain car. Jeff, the manager, has no concept of customer service. Needless to say, be aware if you make an appointment to view a car dont count the car being there.

Want to say thank you Jeff the manager and Jeff at parts, our sales person Mesa for always being friendly and getting back at me, and lastly Terry. Awesome people at this place. Can’t say the same at Parks Chevy in Huntersville. Tried to buy a truck there but they never seemed to be able to reach out to me or had interest of selling me the truck I wanted. But at Gastonia they were friendly and even took care of some things missing on my truck.

Real shark tank of a dealership. I arrived and I was there 3 minutes and five different sales guys approached me. I already had an appointment with someone else. I called ahead and was there to test drive a used car. I never made it to the road because the steering column was broken, and the overall care of the used inventory did not look good. The prices were inflated on the cars, I didn't have a good experience. Location was easy to find, the layout inside does not give you any privacy. Parking was easy.

I had my oil and filter changed per manufacturer Recommendation at Gastonia Chevrolet. In checking my oil before a long trip out of state, I found the oil level did not register on the dip stick ! The truck is low mileage, does not leak Ever and does not burn oil per emission test. The service department would not sell me 2 Quarts of oil as I hoped this would solve the problem. I was told this oil was not available at any auto parts store either. Now I sit waiting , 30 to 45 minutes for the Service department to rectify the issue at a cost to me of $ 50.00 + !! Oh, I just received the final bill for $ 125.99 for another oil change that I paid for in advance on their surface contract at purchase of truck . They verified “ no oil on dipstick “ I now have to drive to Gastonia to present my Argument and documentation to service manager. This will not be pretty . Damage to motor driving under these conditions ??
