I cannot say enough about my salesman Tony Miller he is a true professional. I was treated with the most respect along with kindness that I expect from everyone I meet. I had so many questions about the vehicle I was interested in, Tony answered all my questions. Tony was kind very understanding that I felt so comfortable working with him.. As anyone knows when buying a car there is soooo much paperwork you need to sign, along with car insurance WOW, Tony even guided me through all that red tape. Tony gave me a great deal along with the manager, they truly work hard for there customers I surely witness there compassion and determination to put me in the car that I wanted. Had a few ups and downs but Romeo Righetti was right there making sure I was taken care of each step of the way, even delivered my car to my work. His professionalism, attention to detail, and making sure the client is happy is truly unmatched service. He picked a car off the lot that he somehow knew would be a perfect fit for me and that was it, sold. How he did that is beyond me, especially since we had never met before then. Katelynn & Al at the body shop have been the best people to deal with as I have never had my car gone as long as I have! They have been keeping me updated on when the car comes in for something else that needs to be fixed. Katelynn has just been the sweetest when I told her my situation from the beginning! Al has been so calm & collective with me being so stressed out of not having my car. Al has also kept me informed on littlest things about my car. They both handled my insurance company better than I could’ve! But they are getting my car done, & the promised it would look like its brand new! Thank you Al & Katelynn for all your hard work & dealing with someone like me who is anal about her car!

Rob Klump (Gears) has been great support system here at Gate’s when I have an issue with my car. He tells me straight forward when something isn’t right or it needs fixed with how anal I am with my car. Gears keeps me in the loop if it’s going to be longer than expected but he always tries to get my car out in a reasonable manner!

I bring my Chevy Tahoe 2008 to do alignment and when I received the car I noticed they disconnect the camera and the same time. The car is turning to the right when I leave the steering I drove it for almost 2 weeks and when I brought it back to them, they told me all that happened because the car got. different kind of tires and I told him why you didn’t tell me from the start. Plus I already told him my car she need manual alignment so now I have to change the two front tires because and this two weeks when I drove the car, the tires need changing so if I didn’t bring the car, it was better because I had to pay $90 and the car is worse now Plus, all the messages on the dashboard still over there

Scheduled my car through my insurance company for body damage. They took care of everything. They scheduled it, sent the estimate to my insurance, ordered the parts, communicated with me and got it all done in a week. My car was left clean and looking great. Caitlinin the body shop office was awesome in answering questions. I’m grateful to all of them. I hope to never need to but I would absolutely use them again if needed!

Terrible! They gave my key to another customer who then left and I had to wait over an hour to retrieve my key with no compensation crazy
Young lady at service center along with a service tech didn’t get his name tried to assume it was my fault that I wasn’t patient enough after their slip up all I can say is privileged
