I came in get 2 new front tires for 30ft motorhome even though they had less than 8,000 miles because front passenger tire kept loosing air slowly an the attendant agreed say try fix first and they did in 2 hours( they very busy) for fraction of what 2 new tires were! Elaina that works at the front desk is a God sent! She is so professional, respectful and helpful. I called one day about getting 4 new tires. She got them ordered for me, called me the following day when they came in, and they were ready to go on my truck when I arrived the following day at 7am. I bought 4 tires on December 13 2024.There were no tire pressure issues. The very next day tire pressure sensor came on.I went back on Monday the 16th to get that taken care of. I was told had a stem problem which was supposedly fixed. I left and went 3 and a half miles and the tire pressure sensor did not go off. I went back immediately. This time I was told I had a cracked sensor seal.The sensor was off this time. Two days later sensor light back on again. Needless to say, I am disappointed and regretful to have purchased tires at Gateway. I have never experienced those problems at any other shop.I will have to find another shop to fix the problem that was created and not to mention my time and money. You get by but you don't get away. So you sow sow you reap.

I can see why they were so busy. The customer service is what earns Continuous Clientele. The front desk personnel are Courteous, Knowledgeable and Professional. The personnel that work on the vehicles provide the same service and behavior. Added with the much more affordable services, Gateway is the place to go.

I got an oil change on a BMW X3. The technician left oil prints on my mat. AND put the wrong oil in my vehicle. This cause my engine to malfunction and a major repair to my VANOS system and attenuators. A 5k repair at the dealership. The technicians give no attention to caring for your vehicle.

I was very disappointed with my service today. I have been here several times before and have not had problems. I went today to see about my back tire and the lady working the desks was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She had a horrible attitude and snapped on me multiple times during my service. I have never had to drive my car to the other side normally one of the workers would drive my car to the other side to be looked at. I don’t know if that’s something new. But I will never come back and spend my money at this location!!! The guy who worked on my tire was nice but the front desk lady should not be working with her nasty attitude being that she is the first person people interact with!!!!

I I am very disheartened by the service I received at this location. I had previously spoken with technician Joey, who examined my vehicle and provided a quote for replacing my rear brake pads. He assured me he could do the job, so I dropped off my vehicle with him once the parts were delivered. However, instead of replacing my rear brake pads, he decided to replace my front brake pads and rotors. When I questioned why he hadn’t called me to inform me of the change in service, he told me I would have to speak with the manager upon my return to retrieve my vehicle. Upon my return, I encountered manager Kiamaya and front desk clerk Elaina, who were both extremely rude and aggressive. They yelled at me in front of other customers and strong armed me into paying for a service I hadn’t requested with threats. I’ve never experienced such poor treatment in my life. I simply wanted a resolution to my issue, but instead, I was berated in public and made to stand in the lobby while they laughed and joked among themselves.
