They have terrible customer service and do not fix cars right I recommend everybody to go elsewhere because they do not do good business here my car got broke into while on their premises and they did not refund or did anything to help me in my situation on losing my personal items hey on top of that not fixing my car correctly

The owner of the place tried to attack my wife yesterday. They drink all day and the customer service is deplorable. They do not like to give invoices or receipts. My car was supposed to be done in an hour and it's been there for over a week. Jr. Is an okay person. As far as a mechanic... Smh. The office receptionist is the only one with any common human decency. Unless you know these people personally and went to school with them or know their family NEVER GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN

This is my wife's page but I know everybody up there at McElroy s. They're one of the best mechanics to take your car to in Jackson. And they're not the type to get your car and say they can do something they will let you know first off before they do anything to your vehicle and it will always be a fair price. But if you ask me a fair price for a great mechanic is always a good thing. My name is slim and I recommend them to to anyone.

I had an issue with my alternator and took it to this mechanic(Sherman). I bought the part from AutoZone and he installed it for me. He was really nice, and the service was great. It only cost me around $250 for everything(service+alternator), whereas Firestone was charging me $500 just for the alternator. Definitely recommend him for affordable and reliable work!
