Rick and his family, along with all the workers are really great! Very nice shop and waiting area. Will show you the problem with your car and fix it in good time and upfront about price. Their credit system is awesome for people who need help with paying for repairs... Brianna is awesome at the front desk and always nice. They also are pueblo proud and support the local economy. 5 stars always from me and my family

Rick and his team at Geared Up Auto are incredible! We were traveling through town and had alternator go out on us - Amazingly, he and his team were able to help get us back on the road in record time. Almost like having your own Pit Crew! Straight-shooting and really know their stuff. Highly recommend - they’ll definitely take great care of you. Thanks again Rick!!

Buyer beware and get a 2nd opinion. I Stopped in to get an alignment due to having new rims installed, was told and “shown” I needed new ball joints for $1000. After checking my records, I had just got new ball joints last September from a my regular and very trusted mechanic who typically only works on my type of vehicle. Will never go back! Update: see the response and do your research folks, ball joints don’t need replaced every 9 months, more like every 10 years or longer. The nasty response to this and other negative reviews show what these people are all about.

Brought it in under what I thought was just connection issues to my starter, told them I wasn’t entirely sure because they’re new parts. Charged me almost $300 on top of me towing my car there, just to leave and my car shut off on me in a busy intersection. I paid for a $99 configuration or whatever it’s called just for them not to warn me my car might have actual issues. Waste of time and money and I was stuck in the road without any help even though I was 4 blocks away

I was very happy they were able to get me in and out fairly quickly. Their guest lounge is also nice too and had the news paper, TV playing, popcorn, and hot coco!

I needed an oil change before getting on the road and stopped here randomly based on location and reviews. Holy whoa, from the person who answered the phone to the mechanics to the other employees, this place offers the kind of service that others should model themselves after.

I went in to get my back seat drivers side window checked out because it wouldn’t go up from the drivers side window control buttons. They did a diagnostic before troubleshooting the back window switch, which I didn’t check myself. Once they troubleshot, they simply winded up my window by hitting the back window switch cause that one worked. Job was done quickly, but he still charged me for the diagnostics. I personally think that was wrong to do cause it was a simple issue That cost almost $100.

Incredible work, every time!! The people here have done such incredible work on my husband’s vehicle time and time again. Not only are they skillful mechanics, but they’re down to earth and make sure I have the fairest price for the work done. I’ve gone to plenty of other auto shops over the years and none have the same combination of people skills, atmosphere, affordability, and technical know-how. I highly recommend trying this place out next time you need anything done on your car!!!

I recently took the Mercedes SLK for an oil change to be done. I dropped it off on my way to work at 8:00 am. then they gave me a ride to work. I also had them do work on the suspension, tires, and alignment. Now, everything is back to specifications. I am more than pleased with the company and will recommend Geared Up Auto Care to all my friends. The company can work on high-end luxury cars here in Pueblo. That beats going to the Springs for work to be done on a Mercedes. Thanks to everyone at Geared Up Auto Care. 🤙🏼🕊✌🏼

Elizabeth and Rick are amazing and was able to get me in the same day when I was having car troubles. This is one of the best auto mechanic shop that I have been to. They were able to help me out after diagnosing what was wrong as well as getting me back on the road after being on a time crunch. I truly appreciate them and the whole team!

RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT ON MY REVIEW: Your response is full of lies, manipulation, and inaccuracies. I didn't come back after you did your work because your shop proved itself to be untrustworthy, unreliable, inattentive, uninformed, and rude. I did NOT trust you guys to continue going anywhere near my car. I don't care if you're part of the BBB or not, nor do I care what your reasons are for not being part of it. Had you taken the time to actually listen to what I was saying instead of yelling at me and berating me, you'd know that I did NOT take it to Nissan for them to look at my check engine light. I took it there for a diagnostic check. They did ZERO work on my vehicle. However, while I was there they had asked if I could show what work I'd had done on the vehicle in the last year since owning it and that's when I told them how you guys had treated me and what you'd done. They, AND THE SHOP IN COLORADO SPRINGS THAT YOU REFERRED ME TO CONTACT, informed me that you'd clearly installed the wrong fuel pump since my check engine light is still on. I never said they could tell by the receipt, I said they could tell because if you'd done it right then the check engine light wouldn't still be on. The shop in Springs said the same thing. You guys clearly don't know how to work on my type of vehicle and instead just got busy doing whatever you could slap together to justify a high bill. There was no way for them to know what pump you had installed because your receipts are missing key details that would help any owner or future mechanic know what you'd actually installed. Finally, I never asked you for a refund. I asked for resolution. You clearly have ZERO listening skills and very poor manners. I have not voided any warranty because no work was done on my car today, a detail I also informed you of. Were you ever taught how to listen or do you just move through the world yelling at people until you get your way?! CORRECTION TO YOUR PASSIVE INSULT: a problem will never get solved when you're dealing with bad people with zero moral compass and no ethical standards. If you don't like honest reviews of your poor work, then do better. Otherwise, stop harassing the people who come on here to share their honest experience with your business. We have every right to share our experiences and if you don't like it, TOUGH. Do better, stop being keyboard warriors, and learn how to make things right when you've made a mistake. ORIGINAL REVIEW: DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!! I wasted $2k with this shop and, 9 months later, I still have the same sensor issue. They are rude, demeaning, exhausting, and condescending scam artists. They may know how to work on some vehicles, but not all vehicles, and the responsible thing to do would've been to inform me that I needed gas in my tank and that they'd need to install an integrated fuel pump to fix the gauge issue. Instead, they took me for as much money as they could, failed to fix the issue, and then took zero accountability for their horrible work. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Everyone I know who has been to this shop has had a horrible experience in getting scammed out of thousands of dollars. I've filed a claim with the Colorado Attorney General and will be looking into small claims court over their negligence. BIG RED FLAG: The BBB doesn't list this shop because they've had so many complaints against their work and character. I wish I had known that when I chose to work with them. AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!

This may be long so bear with me, I do not leave reviews! But, these guys are very professional, knowledgeable and very quick! They are priced very fair for the work that they provide. Mechanic shops that are clean, organized and their employees look engaged and happy at work speaks volumes! If you are in need of any auto repairs or diesel I highly recommend these people!

So I took my daughter's car down because the headlights didn't work. The shop called up and said it was a bulb. First strike. I work on cars and I had checked all the fuses and bulbs all was in good working condition. Needless to say I picked up the car here is how much they charged but didn't fix the problem. So I would not take your car to them they lied and charged $325. The paper says they fixed it but didn't and suggested me to take it to another shop to fix the problem they said they fixed....

Rick and his team are great. Quick to schedule, easy to work with, and dependable. I’ve brought my Jeep to Geared Up Auto Care LLC twice now and have left happy each time. I know nothing about general auto maintenance or care, let alone the more complex issues that can arise- so for me it is important that I have someone knowledgeable and dependable who can take care of business while also not taking advantage of my ignorance so I can drive with the comfort that my ride is safe. I have found that here and know that I’m in good hands.

I came to Denver for a concert then had some personal business in La Junta when my car lost power. I was able to drive it the shop the next day and they were able to fix it the same day. My Tahoe needed a new fuel pump and I appreciate he used genuine GM part. Rick the owner is nice, honest, and efficient auto technician. The shop is nice, cleaned, and organized.

Great service at a reasonable price. Unlike the dealer where you have no idea who is working on your car. The owner Rick is very approachable and explained the work being done.
