Driving from Louisiana to spend time traveling around Colorado truck developed transmission problems. Other dealership was going to take 2-3 days to even look at it. Wilcoxson jumped on it immediately. First class service. Wished I lived closer, they would have my business. Every person here is super great and friendly.

We brought our 2016 Denali in for a shimmy in the transmission. Our Denali has 45K ORIGINAL miles. It drives my husband to work every other week, because of carpool share. It has sat for months out of the last several years, due to his battle with cancer. We were told the trani harness was bad ($2100.) and needed replaced and a system update. + $225. Adding the trani needed fluid service. $400. In addition, we were told it needed new shocks, repair to pipes on the oil cooling system and additional services leading up to nearly $9000. Yes, that's $9000. On a vehicle with 45K miles! Here's the thing, (quoting) "The trani fluid is burned, and we don't want to put it back in the transmission." It's a sealed unit, you didn't drain it! Not even a trani dip stick on this model. The harness isn't in the trani. The shocks are fine, and the protective wrap on the harness you replaced was left hanging. I have video of trans fluid and pics of harness, from the mechanic that cleaned up your mess..... This is why you have a terrible reputation. It should be an embarrassment to quote such a repair cost to a 65yo owner of a, babied, vehicle with 45K miles on it. We will never be back. Yes, I own a Chevy too... so, that's double the loss.

What an amazing place with great people! I was on a cross-country road trip and truck started acting up and throwing codes. Called them in desperation and told them what I was dealing with. Took my GMC Canyon to the dealership to get an oil change and tire rotation. The service department recommended I get my transmission fluid changed. I obliged thinking they know there vehicles and whatβs best. I paid over $500 and had to return to the dealership afterwards due to my truck shaking. Service manager made it seem like it wasnβt a mistake thatβs itβs just something that happens. They did take care of the problem but just a little taken back paying that amount and feeling like my truck left in worse shape. Friendly staff

Took my GMC sierra 1500 in for some work and Royce was a gem. I'd been basically turned away by gmc dealer in Colorado Spring. Royse and the master mechanic took a look at my truck, found a leaky radiator, leaky crank seal, and a leaking water pump. They got me taken care of and even got me a free rental car. To top ot off it was all covered under warranty. That's not the end a few days later my def tanked cracked because of cold weather and I had a trip planned for that night so I called on Royce, he got me in that day got me fixed and back on the road for my trip and once again covered under warranty. Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.

We had a simple request to order and program key replacement. We were not notified as promised when the key arrived and had to wait 2.5 hours in waiting room for completion of programming. Were told by staff that they were unable to start car with original key and did not appear to believe that this has not been a problem in the past. I informed them that a 90 year old woman has been waiting for lengthy period of time for this service. Staff explained that car ignitions with βmultiple miles sometimes get stuck,β again not appearing to believe it has never been a problem until today in the shop. Appeared to be unorganized and chaotic. Customer service was poor with the exception of Samantha who was professional and attentive to our concerns.

Fantastic service by GMC and the dealership when our 2024 Acadia AT4 parked for an extended period of time in the garage wouldn't start due to a bad battery. No neutral so it was locked in place in addition our charger for 6 hours had no affect on the battery. GMC was quick to get Robert to pick it up, and the service department was all over the Acadia when it landed in the dealership. Everyone was understanding and focus on getting us back on 4 wheels. I am thrilled and commited that my next GMC will be coming from this dealership! Highly recommend them for those that follow me!
