Very disappointed. Items in my car was stolen and they did not care or apologize. They didn't keep the car someplace safe or locked. I asked if they could check the engine codes since it pulled up 4 transmission codes. But they did not. Very unprofessional and not worth the money.

I had a transmission cooler line break while driving through Denver. I drove all the way back to Pueblo not knowing my clutch plates were burning up. Needless to say I needed a rebuild of my 4L60E transmission in my 2008 Chevy Tahoe LTZ. I took it to Jim at Jess' Transmission. He is the most knowledgeable transmission repairman in Pueblo! Jim and the young man he has working for him completely rebuilt my transmission and now my Tahoe drives like it is brand new again! If you want your transmission done correctly, look no further. I have brought my 1995 Bronco to Jim at Jess's many times for speedometer, transmission, and transfer case problems. Jim and Julian seem to be very knowledgable and professional. The shop is extremely busy which means sometimes the work takes awhile, however, a shop that has been in business for years and is extremely busy is a good sign. They must be doing something right. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Very thorough. I hope I do not have anymore problems with my truck but if i do i know Jess's will treat me right.

If your have transmission or rear end problems take your car to Jim at Jess transmission . I own a business and cannot afford for delays etc. They are straight forward , do excellent work (a lot of mechanics refer them) , super friendly , and honor their work. I have no affiliation with them , just trying to pass on their name to weed out the bad shops . They are a great shop! I will take all my commercial vehicles to them !!
