Excellent service!! I was driving through and my abs light came on. They spent the time to check the code, check the sensor, go across town to get a new sensor, and installed it all in the same evening so I could continue my trip the next morning. The best experience I have ever had! As a woman just making a call for a quote over the phone I was treated like a human, and I called every place in town for tires not one treated me the way he did. I cam in next day as they did not have mine in stock found out the tires I had on the car from Colorado tire that they said I need weren't even the right size for my car. The man knows his stuff! I explained I needed to pick up my kid from school and they were quick honest and respectful. You can't find that in pueblo! To top it off the sweetest pup to play with while I waited. I will be back for everything for my car and my husband will be in for work on his truck. I highly recommend! Forget the so called big names in town we will be back!

Called on a Saturday because of an emergency. They weren’t even supposed to be working that day and didn’t have the part I needed but understood my situation, so they offered to let me borrow a spare part from one of their cars for the time being. They even went as far as to call all junkyards in the area to find me the part I needed (somehow finding it- because I was doing the exact same thing on my end without any luck). They called me back to tell me they got it, and even gave me a ride back to my car to help me put it on. The world needs more good honest people that treat others with kindness like this. Got me out of an impossibly tough spot, I wouldn’t have been able to get out off without their help.

I referred a friend to this mechanic in good faith. Unfortunately, the experience that followed made me regret that referral. The truck was delivered in operable condition in late December 2023. In February 2024, the engine was disassembled, and from that point forward the vehicle became non-operational. Months passed without a firm completion date, and communication was inconsistent. The repair extended far beyond the timeframe discussed, with the engine remaining unfinished. The situation escalated into county court. During those proceedings, statements were made about where the engine block had been located. After the court date, information came to light indicating the engine block was not delivered to the machine shop until much later, (December 2025 after court papers were served in November 2025) and that it had been transported out of state, which created additional burden for the vehicle owner. As a result, the owner now has to travel to retrieve the engine block and complete reassembly themselves. As the person who made the referral, this was not the outcome I expected for someone I was trying to help. Based on what I’ve seen, I would strongly advise anyone considering this shop to get everything in writing, including clear timelines, communication expectations, where major components will be located, and authorization for any out-of-state transport.
