THIEVESSSS!! Needed a repair and I had installed a brand new car battery, they called me saying I needed a new one cuz I the one that I installed wasn’t “working”… told him ok, since I could return “the defective battery” since was under the 30 days warranty from the store… told KEN in service to leave it in the trunk. He said okey. Then I show up to pick up the car, battery is no where to be found, ken says he “thinks” was probably recycled and offers me a beat up non working battery like if Its gonna keep me quiet about this… hours later of waiting because he went to “investigate” he just decided to IGNORE MY CALLS AND TEXTS… doesn’t even care to apologize …. If you have another choice to get a repair somewhere in Pueblo, I wouldn’t trust this place again!!…you wouldn’t even see this kind of service in South America

Do not go to this dealership. I dropped my car off at 10 am for an 11 am appointment and by 2 pm they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with my car. They asked me to leave it over the weekend and I stated that I could not. I was told to come pick it up and that I would not have to pay a diagnostic fee because no work had been done. I show up and get greeted and say im here to pick up my car and the guy who knows about it can’t be found so he is paged. 3-5 minutes go by of me standing there waiting for my keys and my car is magically being looked at finally, after I told them I was on my way to get it and not to worry about it I’ll reschedule. So all this to say I got charged 199 dollars and had to ask for a discount to bring it down to 170 dollars when I shouldn’t of been paying at all after I said not to worry and I’d reschedule and it had been sitting there for some time. Now I’m stuck paying 170 dollars for 5 minutes of them diagnosing my vehicle which i said not to worry about because i was coming to pick it up. This place scams folks so beware when going for anything

I scheduled an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated on my 2019 Chevrolet 2500. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30. Received an email and text the next day to "confirm" my scheduled appointment. I arrived a little early and decided to wait in their lobby thinking it shouldn't take more than 30 maybe 40 minutes to complete. It took them over 3 hours... I missed a scheduled job walk that afternoon and nobody seemed to care. Nobody could explain why it took so long nor apologized for it. I would think a discount or something should've applied.. Nope.. I won't be returning for services.

Beware, if your vehicle is in the possession of the dealership and your vehicle is stolen and broken into they will not be responsible for anything. I was charged for work that was never completed. I had a 2,200+ pound gutter machine that was stolen out of my van, while on their lot, that looks like was an inside job due to the complexity of getting to my vehicle, no damage on the outside of the vehicle showing signs of a break in. To remove this machine from the van requires heavy equipment just to get it out. Whoever did this towed it to their employee parking lot where there is ample room to remove the gutter machine. They lied to me and told me they have no cameras, which they have on every corner of their building and no security. They have also stated they have no insurance to cover things like this. I recommend finding another Chevy dealership who takes responsibility for what is in their possession.

I had an appointment for 730 on 10-30-2025 to reprogram my media display for an error that said waiting to update. I was told it was 199.95 for the upload. I asked if I was on to wait and was told yes and the ticket was stamped waiting. After 2 hours the advisor came over and said that the mechanic had just come and told him that the service would take 3 hours. I said I can wait 1 more hour he says the work has not been started yet. I said I've been here 2 hours he said that the mechanic didn't even come in till after 8, I asked why did I have an appointment at 730 and told i was OK to wait if the mechanic wasn't even there to work on my truck. Politely asked for my keys and was told they would keri the ticket open to call to reschedule.I found the same error message as known issue in the truck it was on a service bulletin for 2016 chevy Silverado. I rescheduled dropped the truck off today after 6 hours I got a call telling me there is good news and bad news. The truck got the update and it took bit the bad news is there is a completely black screen and the issue wasn't taken care of they found another issue that was going to take 3 hours and cost 1600 to fix. I picked up truck without getting the 1600 repair and paid the 199.95. After driving for 15 minutes the same error message came back on awaiting upload so I paid 200 for nothing and wasted over 2 hours of my time sitting there when no one even touched the truck only to be told it would be 3 hours to upload. Very frustrating

Some friends of mine needed a new car and had asked my boyfriend and I to come along since we know a lot about cars and could help them. We get there and the salesmen are at first, very friendly. They are understanding of their small budget and take us to the first car they requested to see. A Nissan Altima sedan. First impression wasn't a great car but we weren't expecting anything great because of the budget they had but that's fine we were more worried about function. When we started it, it made a terrible grinding sound, had a huge oil and valve leak, the passenger tail light could be taken out by hand, and the passenger front right tire was lose and would've fallen off if taken home (we live in canon). When taken for a test drive, we also noticed there was a clutch slippage in the transmission which means this car wouldn't have lasted a month without needing a ton of maintenance. There was no offer to service the issues without charging for it despite the fact that a lose tire can fly off at highway speeds. Here's where it gets worse, during the test drive, my boyfriend and our friend had mentioned they were mechanics and all of a sudden, the salesman working with us refused to speak to us after that. When they got back, that salesman got his manager to come out and continue helping us instead. The manager was pushy and rude, barley spoke to us at all, and refused to help or answer any questions we had. We looked at two other cars, neither turned on (dead batteries) and they refused to jump them. We had to go get our own personal jump packs to even start them. Multiple times during our time there, every person we spoke to was rude and dismissive simply because we didn't like the death trap Nissan that they kept trying to push onto us. I had said flat out no to that Nissan 4 separate times because they wouldn't stop pushing that car onto us. So, here's my advice to anyone thinking about shopping here, if you don't know much about cars and want to get scammed into a car with issues or that's potentially dangerous, by all means bring your hard earned money here. If you know a lot about cars and still choose to shop here, just know they will treat you like dirt because they can't scam you into something that's dangerous and not road ready. I work in sales myself and let me tell you, every salesman there is only worried about money, not their clientele. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

Charged a $200 diagnostic fee for something that took 5 min or less. Wanted to charge $600 for a blower motor swap! Got the part for $110 took me 30 min to install. Great oil change price though 👌

Went to get an oil change and the guy tried to sell me other things I didn’t need and so I told him that my right passenger side tire was making a noise to look at it and it might be unbalanced and he said I can do all four and I said NO just look at the one and then hours later and then they came back saying I needed windshield wipers and my axel was in need of a repair and it would cost 800 dollars to fix but couldn’t do it today and plus I wasn’t doing it anyway cause I thought it was expensive so I called Meineke and they looked at it and said it wasn’t the axle that it was the struts. Allowed them to fix it and now my car runs a lot better. My advice never take your car too a dealership and if so get a second opinion to make sure that was the problem especially if it’s going to be expensive I’ll never go there again and I even bought the car from them and if I do go back it’s too complain

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an outstanding experience at Spradley Chevrolet. Ian Hinkle was absolutely amazing. Proactive, approachable, and genuinely focused on making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The entire team at Spradley was professional, attentive, and truly observant of our needs. My husband and I were impressed by how quick and painless the process was. We drove away with a beautiful truck and zero stress, which feels like spotting a unicorn in the wild when it comes to car buying. Our experience was so positive that we brought my mom back to get her a new car as well. That alone says everything. Great work, guys, and thank you all very much. A truly spectacular team. We will absolutely continue doing business with Spradley Chevrolet.

My husband scheduled a 7:00 a.m. service appointment, yet the vehicle was not looked at for hours. Throughout the day, we attempted multiple times to get updates — calling the service department, leaving several voicemails, and even using the online chat — with no response. After repeated failed attempts, my husband finally left a message for the service manager. Finally, we received a call regarding a fuel filter and checking whether the fuel sensor and fuel rail regulation were functioning properly. By that point, the lack of communication and delay had already caused significant frustration. If appointments must be scheduled weeks in advance, it is reasonable to expect that the vehicle will at least be looked at the same day. In most other industries — medical appointments, reservations, or professional meetings — appointments are honored within a reasonable timeframe, with clear communication along the way. That standard should apply here as well. What made this experience worse was the lack of follow-up and reassurance. Instead of proactive communication, we were left worrying and repeatedly trying to track down basic information. When the dealership later called requesting honest feedback, my husband expressed his concerns directly but calmly, only to be hung up on, which felt unprofessional. We understand that service departments get busy, but communication, respect for scheduled appointments, and professionalism should not be optional. Unfortunately, this experience fell short in all three areas.
