I have gone there 3 times attempting to exchange used oil. Their used oil tank seems to always be full and refuse to accept mine. Scam. Why bother changing my own oil if i can't get rid of the old.

I hate waiting. I had my credit card number taken by an employee 3 years ago. Found out who because she was stupid enough to actually have items shipped to her friend in Michigan. Found the friend on FB and found the employee a friended FB person of the recipient. Went to the police station and gave them all the evidence even photos of the girl. Her address and name and where she worked. Nothing was done.

Called and ordered front brake rotors for a kia van . I drove in and picked them up . Went home and went to install them and they ordered me the wrong ones .I live 35 miles away and drive a vehicle that gets 13 mpg. The employees acted like it was my fault. Stay away from this store

These stores are truly hit and miss, as you will go to one store and find multiple people that know what they are doing and are willing to help and then the next store down the road there will be six employees and only one of them that knows anything about anything. I am pretty sure that their training program only involves how to work a cash register and half-assedly replace a windshield wiper!

I bought a new battery and took it home. I installed it and it did not work. I took it back and the manager couldn't be bothered with it and acted like I was stupid. Finally after I got upset, the manager reluctantly had another employee get me another battery. Guess what, it worked! No apology just a bad experience all the way around plus wasted my time and gas... smh... let's do better O'Reillys! You're not the only parts shop in town!!!

Wasn't offered the 15 rebate they had advertised on front of the store window. Had to go back inside to ask about the rebate. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I don't pay attention. I was upset with the sales rep for not even telling me I was eligible to receive the 15 gift card. For that I am removing the 5 stars down to 3. Thank David for your drop.

The guys at this store are great. All three employees we dealt with were helpful, friendly, and most importantly, in no way condescending when talking to a female about car parts, etc. We came in for some basic parts for fixing a part on my bike, but ended up also getting new wiper blades for my car at a great price. The employee that put them on for me was so nice and helpful!!

Was helpful finding a headlight considering last time I went there and got headlight bulb when I asked the dude if he could put it in for me he told me he didn't know how to do it. The manager on shift came out and did it for me. So this time I didn't bother and will do myself lol

Super friendly guy very helpful and knowledgeable. He ran a test for my check engine light in my truck and suggested some emissions cleaner and was very helpful. Much better then the Autozone I visited right before where the girl ran a diagnostic printed me a paper and said have a good day.....wth?

The lady that attempted to help me out was was pretty rude and she gave me the wrong hardware that I needed for my car. It also seems like most of the car parts I get from them are either defective or they are so poorly made they break that day I attempt to fix something on any one of my vehicles. I have Honda's and Acura's jdm would not b recommend anyone that has the same types of vehicles to get their parts they need from them.

I've been having issues with my truck battery so went to the store for a jump a young gentleman named Mason gladly went with me walking a across McDonald's parking lot to jump my battery I highly appreciated it 😁 I'm 65yrs old and couldn't take it off to have it charged . Kind and neighborly service
