INCOMPETANCE RULES AT THIS SHOP.I first came in for all four tire install easy right. That afternoon after install was complete shrader valve was leaking and leaking fast.Had to come next day I figured mistakes happen.A few days latter came back to do a radiator flush simple. Two days after picking up vehicle it's overheating because radiator hose came loose mechanic failed to replace clamp could have blown head gasket.TWO STUPID MISTAKES IN A WEEK IS CALLED INCOMPETANCE.BEWARE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Mechanics have there head we're the sun don't shine.waste of time and money huge inconvenience.

Took my car in because the check engine light was on and they gave it back with the check engine light on without warning. They charged me over $300 for nothing because my car was running just as bad after as it was before I brought it in. I took the car back and they said to just drive it around... which was not $300 worth of advice since it didn’t go to my car.

If you are a woman, do not use this store. I am a guy, but came here to get a tire after mine blew out on the highway. I mentioned my girlfriend was driving, and the gentleman there told me that "that was your first mistake." They told me that the tire blowing up was my fault for letting my girlfriend drive. When I said that my girlfriend had been driving longer than me, and taught me how to drive a standard even, they doubled down and said it was still my fault for letting my girlfriend touch my car (it's our car, we own it together). I am in disbelief that these people thought it was okay to say these things to a customer and perfect stranger, and I will absolutely not be back. This is not a shop for women or people who respect women. Do better.

I have to say I was impressed. My car broke down heading to work and I was stranded on I-25. My first impression was a bad alternator. I got towed to the parking lot of an O'Reilly's across the street from the good year station. I tried repairing it myself and getting everything tested at O'Reilly's but got no answers. I decided to walk across the street to the good year station and asked them about my vehicle. They came across the street, picked up my car, picked up my battery and ran diagnostics. Turns out I just needed to replace the alternator belt due to slippage on the pulley! Vince and Chuck were very informative, professional and considerate of my situation and helped me find the right solution. I'd recommend anyone with vehicle troubles to seek their advice and service!

Dropped off truck to get fixed. Got hackled by not telling them that I have a national account. If it was that much of a problem they should of asked on the phone. Took my information not once but twice and still got my phone number wrong. Took an extra day to fix the AC problem (not even sure if they fixed it completely.) Then I return to a truck missing a catalytic converter. Best part is the cameras don't face the cars parked at the shop. Wouldn't be surprised if it was an inside job but who knows. Overall a fantastic experience would recommend.
