Super clean. Got stuff for people with kiddos, and the cell phone power bank was a nice touch. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Going to be making this a main stay for any other card things I need in the future.

Brought my vehicle in today to have a suspension noise checked out. I was sure it was a ball joint or control arm going out, but it turned out to be a rock lodged in the works. Rock removal was $50. They could have sold me a new ball joint and I wouldn't have noticed. They gave me a rundown of service the car will need soon with different pricing options. No pressure to get work done on the spot and, after some research, very reasonable estimates were given for the work. I will be back to them to get this work done and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop.

Had a bad experience with them originally when I took my vehicle there to have work done to it everything went well and I had no complaints . But the second time I went there they overcharged me for my tuneup and if that wasn't bad enought someone stuffed insulating material on my blower motor so that I had to take it down and clean it out myself . My friend also had a similar experience there except for him they stuffed paper towels pieces on the vents so that the Air conditioning couldn't. Blow out and I had to with twicers pull all that stuff out of the vents . A person who wouldn't know any better would have had taken it in for a repair job were none was needed. Shame Shame on you . We are never again taking our vehicles there for service. The Dealer would have done the tune-up cheaper and not done what they did to the vents and blower motor. A once Happy customer now angry and disgusted with their service. Stay away if you value your money .

Willing to work with you and adapt things to make them function. Kept the truck inside over the weekend as requested. A bit expensive but all prices on everything are going up and it had been a while since we needed professional work done on a vehicle. Will go back if the truck needs any further attention.

These people are honest, respectful, easy to work with and very kind. As a female in their twenties, trying to find a shop that I feel comfortable, respected and listened to is hard. But Pueblo West Auto hits all the marks for me and their work shows that. I’ve been with them a few years now and will continue taking my business with them and I highly recommend them.

These guys are great. Great service and pricing. I had an oil leak on my Diesel F350 expecting an expensive repair. These guys found the oil leak and had it repaired the same day, and they didn't charge for diagnostics. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

They were able to get me in within a matter of days and fixed my car sooner than I was scheduled. In addition, they notified me what was wrong, how much it would cost to fix it, and fixed it within a matter of hours. I will definitely return!

These guys were absolutely fantastic! My ignition went out 150 miles from home and I was quite panicked. They were able to help me get it towed and fixed the same day... miraculous. To say I am grateful is a serious understatement

These days, most businesses are about themselves, not the customers. That’s not the case here. I needed assistance with figuring out the air pressure gauge for my tires. The crew here were happy to help and did it immediately. Thank you for taking the time to show me how and help me add air to my tires! It’s greatly appreciated and your common courtesy didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for being a business who still values customers and customer service above all else.

They are honest mechanics. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. I've been taking my cars here for several years and they do good work.

Do not recommend. You'll go in for one service and the next day your car will magically have a new, more expensive issue. When addressed with Joe, Chris and Patricia they all were of the same sentiment that their service work had nothing to do with my car now having 4 warnings including the ABS, hill assist, vehicle traction control, check engine light, and oil temp light which according to them led to a now broken transmission solenoid. The whole situation was highly suspicious. The entire team had a very one-track mind which made it nearly impossible to infuse any logic into the situation. Chris who is apparently a Master Technician (per Patricia's presentation of his certificate) took zero accountability for the situation and refused to think about the issue from any other frame of reference besides "we didn't do this and you can pay us to fix it." The owner, Patricia was equally dense, berated my husband for having what it seemed more car knowledge than all of them combined, got very loud, and proved to be of zero help. There was no empathy to the situation at hand, never once an apology for the highly suspicious situation we are now in, nothing. I would think twice before sending your car to this shop. Go to Jeremy's if you are looking for someone in P West. This shop does not provide good customer service, they are careless with their work, broke a wheel stud upon the initial service, and then created a much larger issue with my car that they refused to acknowledge. I'm now stuck with taking my perfectly good car (2 days ago) to another shop to now fix the issue they have caused. After speaking with a Subaru dealership in 2 locations two well-trained Technicians confirmed my suspicions that the work done at this shop likely caused this sensor issue. Do not go here. **Since I can't reply back to the response below - I will address it here. Moral of the story - do not take your all-wheel drive vehicle to this shop. They claim below that brakes and your transmission are unrelated items, however anyone who understands how AWD vehicles function would understand that ABS, traction control and your brake module are all core components. It's these systems that all provide the data and work together to provide inputs/outputs to your transmission. In fact the transmission solenoid in question receives its data from the wheel speed sensor that is typically damaged during brake replacement. We did in fact speak with multiple Subaru technicians who confirmed the ABS sensors can be damaged during brake replacement and cause these cascading failures. We will be taking the vehicle to Subaru to now resolve the issues that have unfolded here.

I can highly recommend Pueblo West Auto Tire and Diesel. They were able to give me a reasonable quote, provide an appointment time for the repair, and fix everything. I was extremely happy with both the quality of their work and the final price. Update: Had them perform additional work and again everything was praiseworthy. Further Update: Just had them do an oil change and I'm still a happy customer.

Fair pricing, good warranty and friendly and fast service - but I came to discover that their techs are incompetent. After my last oil change and water pump replacement they performed, my coolant reservoir was filled to the brim, dipstick half way out, no washer fluid topped off. I recently had a coolant leak (1 year later) and they said it was a loose hose clamp. No charge. Drip never stopped. Took it back a week or so later and I was told I would be in for a bill of close to $900 to fix as a slew of other issues were now found. So it wasn’t the hose clamp? And it isn’t the water pump (even though the drip is in the exact location it was before) WTH happened in the week ? Seems very shady to me as the water pump and turbo line are pretty far apart. And charged me $50 to boot. Then I had to take it back to have a shield re pinned to the undercarriage that they didn’t do properly. Sloppy sloppy, sloppy. Seems they throw darts and see where it lands. Sad really. Friendly front staff but that garage is terrible in my experience. Looking for another garage that I can trust . Unfortunately It’s not this place. And looking at some of their most recent reviews it seems that it’s not just me. Dang- I really wanted to like this place.

It's terrible, I feel like they still think they are honest. The fault light on my car came on some time ago, and they said it was a sensor problem and needed to be replaced, which cost about $400. About two weeks after the replacement, the fault light came on again, so I found another mechanic, and he told me it was a sensor problem. They have no integrity and I will never come again.

Jacob was great to work with on a recent claim. Communication was clear, everything was handled on time, and the process went smoothly from start to finish. Always good to support small businesses that take pride in their work and stay reliable throughout. Really appreciated the help.

I wouldn't give them one star. They try to Rob people for their money lying about the tire needs to be replaced. I had ro work today, I ask them to put the spare on they want to charge me $25.00, and it took them 3 hours to do that. I recommend do not bring your vehicle here. As you can see there is alot of tread still on the tire.
