My car was long over due for an oil change. Every other place was busy, even when I pulled in to have brakes plus give me an oil change they were busy. I expressed my concern to Dave, the manager, and he helped me out and took care of me in time so I could go pick up my daughters from school. I would 100% recommend getting help from Dave. The old manager Terry had kept my vehicle for two days and was unable to do work on my car so he gave me a free oil change card. Today I used it and the new manger called me an hour later angrily explaining he won’t be honoring my oil change because he’s new management. Very unprofessional and hostile.

Edited due to original review being asked to be done as I waited for services (before being given the recommended services sheet) to reflect a more honest experience of how a neurodivergent person feels after reviewing their work… Please know if they ask you to give a review BEFORE they quote you or do the work officially they watch on the back computer to read what you write before they tell you your price. I went in for an oil change that was suppose to include a check on the other parts of the vehicle… they checked some other parts of the vehicle but they did not check the check engine light that was on and they couldn’t even add air to my tires to turn off the tire pressure light. I had to go to a different place to get my tires filled up directly after leaving there… But they did look at my battery, alignment ball joint and axle with a quote of 312.99 to replace my battery (with two year warranty, battery costing only 60$ but the warranty over 3 times that for an additional 252.99 ) a quote of 155$ for replacement axle, an alignment at 99$ after I were to pay $720.98 just for ball joints… for a grand total of $1464.83!!!! Almost half of what I paid for the vehicle to own it!!! Pretty sure they heard me talking to another customer saying I’m a 35 year old widow and thought they could scam me out of more money because they assume I didn’t have anyone to give a second opinion and that I was a idiot just born yesterday!!! Will not be returning after seeing that they couldn’t even air up my tires properly or check my lights (as I know one of my flood lights has been out since I bought the jeep) with the 31$ I paid for the oil change because I don’t trust that they actually changed the oil at this point… if they can quote me for all this stuff that if it is as bad as they say I would feel it when I drove the vehicle… alignment and axel both being bad to need immediate replacement would mean if I took my hands off the wheel it would pull to one side or the other, and that DOES NOT happen even slightly, a battery (even with warranty should NEVER cost over 150$ for an ‘05 vehicle… I don’t know enough about ball joints to know what I might feel when driving to imply that they needed changed but when he told me their quote on the battery I knew to take every word after that with a grain of salt and to get a print out with a second opinion to follow.

My battery died on a Saturday and I was having a hard time finding the battery but landed at advanced auto parts and got one. They couldn’t install but they asked Dave and his team next door at brakes plus if they could help install and they did right away. This place is always so welcoming 🫶🏽 Will forever take my vehicles here. I had an 2005 Honda and they were real honest with everything they seen. Now that I brought my 2014 Honda, I feel even more comfortable bringing my vehicles here. Very important part is being honest and they do just that 🫶🏽
