This is the highest rating I will give this place. Yes they took me in without an appt. Right on for that. But ended up being charged for a battery that they did not take out of my vehicle to keep charged when they knew my car wouldn't start especially since they had it in the snow storm so of course it died from there neglect. Was told by another mechanic they would tell me it had a dead cell so I would have to pay for it and that's exactly what they did. They ended up fixing my car but for almost 200 more than I was originally quoted. Not a bad business just a bad experience I guess. Not everyone is perfect.

This place is GREAT! They were referred to me by my father-in-law who said they were honest. What he failed to mention was that they were not only honest, but fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable! They had my SUV diagnosed within an hour of me leaving the shop and they had it running and ready for me to drive the next morning! I’ve been to other shops for work that I can’t perform myself, but THIS shop will have my business from now on! ~nate

This is the best, most reliable, most honest auto shop I've ever been too. They will have my business for life. These amazing guys got my car in right away and fixed my car in lightning speed. No hassle, no crazy add ons, they just got the job done with precision and a welcoming smile. Everybody was friendly, helpful and honest. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!SCAM MECHANIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Asked for a diagnostic on a car that wasnt running. I was told they could do it for $120.00 and they had a spot the next day. I towed it down over night. A week later they lied and said they started it. It dosnt start!! it was never in the shop they cherged me for turning the key. I was given a "Fake" quote with codes I gave them none of them where addressed in the quote. The car was never worked on at all not a single bolt. They told me later a "REAL" diagnoistic would cost over $300.00. I was told they have a friend who runs another shop that would give me another fake quote at familiy auto. DONT GO TO ANY OF THESE SHOPS THEY WILL SCAM YOU ALL AND THEIR MECHANIC WILL THREATEN YOU WITH GUN VIOLENCE OR FIGHTING. REPORTING TO THE BBB!!!!!!!!

We have been loyal customers. We’ve taken all our vehicles there, as well as referring several family and friends..They were hired for a few fixes on our truck. All but one was completed. We were told multiple times that the part was ordered and on the way. We were looking forward to getting this done. Weeks and weeks go by with ZERO communication. On the 3rd and last phone call voicing our frustration, we just got an “oh well” kind of reply. Not sure what’s changed but we were definitely not treated like loyal customers. So unfortunate, I guess our money isn’t good enough.

Soooo I dropped my car over there in like maybe July-August and for three months they kept saying they were making progress but in reality didn’t do anything. Even got to the point they told me my cars not fixable and I’m better off selling it. I pick it up, take it to some uncredited mechanic and he fixed it and had it driving in 3 weeks. They can do minor problems fs but when it comes to needing a MECHANIC, nah.

Took a month to get my truck back. I called a day after I got it back about another issue, and they never called me back. A week after. I got another warning light. I took it to another mechanic. They were done in a day. I will not be back to SKF.

SFK Has restored my faith in garage mechanics. After being lied to and ripped off by A to Z automotive. Sfk not only fixed our truck, but explained to us exactly what happened, took pictures for us, and honestly assess what else might need to be done in the future on our truck. They didn't make promises they couldn't keep and they communicated with us consistently throughout the entire repair. Thank you so much to your staff and your mechanics. We cannot appreciate this business enough. We highly recommend anybody to take their vehicle there for repair and maintenance.

We had just left Denver on a 4 days road trip down towards Baja Mexico and the fuel pump on our Nissan Frontier died on us while 13 miles south of Pueblo. SKF was able to get us in that same afternoon and they stayed late diagnosing and then replacing our fuel pump. They certainly made a bad situation less terrible.

Had no power to my truck they came with a tow in a very fast time rate took my truck to the shop and had the part pick it up and fixed in my truck with 1 hour !!!!!!!!!
