My young-adult daughter took the initiative to take her car in for a simple oil change for the first time on her own. Unfortunately, she took it to a shop that her friend recommended. As they were changing the oil, she called me panicked because they notified her that her passenger tire is extremely damaged, and it was in danger of completely falling off. Having learned my own lessons with these types of places, I instructed her to only pay for the oil change and I immediately called Alex at AM PM. I explained to him that she was freaking out, and it all seemed sketchy to me. He told me to have her bring it in and they'd take a look. The other owner got upset when she declined the $680 in repairs and opted to only pay for the oil change. Once she got to AM PM, she gave Alex and Phillip the paper quote from the other place, and they took a look. They then showed her the parts in question, and explained to her that the parts are perfectly fine - she was not in severe danger of having any wheels completely fall off as she's driving. They didn't even charge her to diagnose, and calmed her nerves so she finally felt comfortable driving home. This has now become a lesson of her own, and she has a new appreciation for integrity in the mechanical world. These guys are awesome, and she vows to never go anywhere else from this point on.

WOW, THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTLEY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!!! Been here before, Talked to a nice gentleman that really listened to me with details and scheduled an appointment for today. When I got to the appointment, The man with a weird mustache didn't know what I was there for, His computer was not working, Had to explain what I was there for a SECOND time, Did not have a ride ready for me, Had 3 customers including myself waiting at the same exact time, When I questioned him about my ride back to work, he laughed that my ride wouldn't be there 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time and kept saying "I'm so sorry" in a really rude manner THEN he told me to take my keys IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS! Refused to help me. HE MADE ME CRY COMING BACK TO WORK WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED, SO EMBARRASSING AND HUMILATING AND NOTHING GOT RESOLVED!!!!!! I FEEL LIKE I WAS TREATED THIS WAY BECAUSE I AM A FEMALE AND I WAS ALONE. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE HERE AGAIN!!!

Extremely Dissatisfied with Incompetent Mechanic's Service I recently had a truly disappointing experience with Am/Pm. Not only did they fail to fix my car's issue correctly, but they also refused to honor the warranty for their own faulty workmanship. It was a frustrating ordeal from start to finish, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience. First and foremost, the mechanic did not address the initial problem with my car as promised. Despite paying a significant amount for the repair, the issue persisted, indicating a lack of attention to detail and competence on their part. It was clear that they rushed through the job without properly diagnosing and resolving the root cause. Upon realizing their mistake, I returned to the shop to have the unresolved problem rectified under warranty. However, to my disbelief, the mechanic flat-out refused to acknowledge their error and denied responsibility for their inadequate repair work. Their unprofessional behavior left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of as a customer. A reputable and reliable mechanic should stand by their work and promptly rectify any issues that arise, especially when covered under warranty. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Am/Pm. Their dismissive and uncooperative attitude demonstrated a lack of integrity and a disregard for customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against seeking service from Am/Pm if you value quality workmanship, honest customer service, and adherence to warranty promises. It is regrettable that I had to endure such a disappointing experience, but I hope that my review serves as a warning to others, preventing them from going through the same ordeal. In conclusion, I am deeply dissatisfied with the subpar service provided by Am/Pm. Their inability to fix my car correctly, combined with their refusal to honor warranty work for their own mistakes, has left a sour taste in my mouth. I highly recommend exploring other reputable options for automotive repairs and steering clear of this particular mechanic shop.

We got towed there as recommended by tow truck driver. I was skeptical when I saw the place, trust me. However they fixed my issue very quickly and did a good job. I was pleasantly surprised! They got us back on the road in about three hours total. From getting towed in to driving away. Including running for parts and finishing the job they had in there when we arrived. Pretty good deal. Nice waiting area outside worked for us. And they had a clean restroom! My wife actually feel asleep during the wait she was so comfortable. I like Alex and his team! Give them a try.

About three or four months ago, I came here to get my breaks fixed. The owners were so kind, they loaded me and my baby into their car and drove me back to my shop while they were working on the breaks and then came and delivered my van. They were decently priced, very friendly, and most importantly competent. My breaks were in awesome working condition and I’m very happy with the service we recieved. Highly recommend!

There was obviously a bolt a bolt was not put back on a brace keeping a pipe from rubbing on my generator wheel and there was no noise before these geniuses tuned it up, but what can you do when your mechanic isn't honest except to spread the word, "DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE" No honesty, integrity, or apparently not much intelligence! Pay a little bit more for a COMPOTENT mechanic!

Not only did he take the time to explain everything clearly, but he also went out of his way to give me a ride home while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced — something you just don't see much these days. The service itself was fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. And as a veteran, I was truly grateful for the added military discount — it was the cherry on the sundae.
