After dealing with an aweful dealership, Subaru of Pueblo was amazing ! I would recommend them to everyone. Our sales rep Justin, was so peaceful, felt like he truly cared rather than just a quick sale. It was calm and friendly in there. They also have a play area for kids ! How cool is that. We can’t give higher praise to Subaru of Pueblo. We worked with Charlie, Max, and Anthony; and they did a stellar job. First off, we live 40 minutes away, but they were still willing to do most of the negotiating over the phone AND stick around till past close to make it happen. They got us an excellent deal on a new Subaru Crosstrek! It was just what we wanted!! They were incredible kind and understanding, despite our trade in not being everything we originally thought. They were truly salt of the earth people, not the stereotypical car salespeople some often expect. They had us in and out within 2 hours too! Seriously, go buy from them!!

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Pueblo Subaru. I have had my impresario for alittle over 2 years. I always ask for Ryan in the service department. He is awesome, always respectful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have lived in many states and gone to many dealerships. Subaru is lucky to have a person like him.. I would definitely refer people to pueblo Subaru.

I had an appointment to fix a recall on my car, and asked if they could do a comprehensive inspection as well to make sure everything else was functioning correctly. My home is about 2 hours away, and asked if they could get everything done that day. It was a long day for sure, but they fixed everything for me. We have purchased two Subaru's at this dealership, an Outback and later, an Ascent. The sales department has always been straight forward and honest with us. The sales have been completed without issue. I cannot say enough about the service department. The service personnel have always been professional and honest with me, providing excellent communication. I want especially compliment Ryan, who has assisted me on several occasions. I love my Subaru, but I strongly dislike this dealership. I bought my first brand-new car here at 19 after working two jobs for years to afford it. Communication during the purchase was poor; my car arrived over a month late, and I was never compensated. Since then, service visits have been worse. I went in for a basic oil change and left with nearly $1,500 in charges I did not request, and was pressured into financing. Most recently, I was quoted $87 for an oil change and charged $105, had a tire rotation done without consent, and a requested tire check wasn’t even performed. I also made it clear I had an important appointment. I was promised transportation if my car wasn’t ready, but it wasn’t finished in time, no ride was provided, and I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute. This dealership feels misleading and pushy, especially toward young women. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for honest, transparent service.

By far the most helpful service I could ever get. I had spoken to a gentleman named Jack from the parts department, and not only was he able to answer all of my questions about parts for my car I needed , but he also managed to know what kind of services he would recommend to get the best results! Over all he was very helpful and understanding to what I was looking for and just from observing how well he’s able to multitask between his customers while tackling all phone calls non stop, I can tell he takes great pride in his job! So Great work! I would definitely recommend Jack for any and all concerns regarding any vehicle.

I’ve never actually bought a car from a dealer before this. I’ve been in to other dealers before and just felt anxious and super stressed about all the stuff being pushed and rushed, just over all really hate buying from a dealer, and swore I never would go to a dealer again after our last attempt. I’d rather be left in the woods for a week alone style than sit in a dealership trying to make a deal on a car haha. I’m about to say a lot of things other people are saying because it’s absolutely true in our experience. My wife and I just bought this 2025 Crosstrek here on Monday 2/2/25 - we’ve been talking to just about every Subaru dealer in Colorado. We dealt with Steven, from first phone call to walking out the door with keys was very comfortable, no pressure, easy to deal with, clear communication, answered my questions, resolved my concerns. Other dealers I talked to on the phone just felt in a rush to sell something, anything, it felt like Steven cared about what we needed and were looking for. Next time we are in the market for a car this will DEFINITELY be our first stop for sure! Thank you guys for such a good experience!
