The post below is not for Moore Automotive. Google allows anyone to post about the business without proof they were customers. This is possibly a shop with similar name somewhere in the U.S.. We have not had a customer named Sean Miller since 2009 and there was no such repair or quote. Please give us a call if you have questions on your vehicle repair. We would be happy to serve you.

I have been going to Moore Automotive for a long time. They are very professional and always tell you what is wrong and will get an okay before any work is done. Very reasonable price also.

Took my 20002 Chevrolet Silverado in for a steering problem and ac . They were able to fix the steering problem but I had to take truck back 2 more times and they were not able to get it right. I was frustrated and took it to a shop that specializes in auto ac. More money ๐ก not happy!!!

I definitely recommend Moore Automotive. I have always been pleased with the work done on my vehicles the past 10 years, and will continue to trust the good people at this shop. My thanks go out to everyone at Moore Automotive, especially to Ted.

Friendly and concerned about your auto problems. You can have a appointment the next day, depending on the auto issue. I would highly recommend them, especially if u r a female without auto knowledge. They will take care of u.

I thought I had a partial heater core blockage based on symptoms and they scheduled me short notice for a flush despite my ridiculous work schedule (Iโm on call 24/7). They took their time and found that my oil cooler was leaking. A common problem in my model Jeep (2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon), but one I wasnโt expecting. I had to get back to home (I live in Denver even though I havenโt actually lived there for the past few months), but they didnโt charge me to diagnose this problem. They also provided a very fair quote for a complicated or pain in the #%! job as well as being able to schedule me the next day. This was above and beyond in my opinion, however my work is sending me to Craig, CO so I couldnโt get it done by them. However, I abuse my Jeep off-road and itโs likely Iโll be sent back to Pueblo in the future. I definitely will be checking with them first if I need to get work done when Iโm there.

I asked for recommendations from my FB buddies & Moore Automotive was recommended several times. Theyโre reasonably priced, local and scheduled me in the day after I called. I have an 06 Ford Expedition ran into some trouble with the check engine light on. Turns out a huge chunk of one of my spark plugs was missing and causing problems. Tiffany is amazing and kept me in the loop every step of the way.

A small shop that cares. Had some moderately involved work done on an older truck. They completed the work in a couple days but when I got it home, found there was still one issue that we had all been unaware of. Brought it back in, they took their time in looking for the cause, located it, and only charged me for parts necessary. Needless to say, I was very impressed with their thoughtfulness.

Very wonderful staff & service. Honest, trustworthy & thorough. Rene at the front desk is friendly and welcoming. The crew is top notch and they make sure and let you know if there are any issues that have to be resolved before charging you. Thank you Rene, Ted and the crew for years of excellent service!

Beyond thankful for all of the amazing people who work here! They have been keeping my family and I safe for years now! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else!!!!! We are always able to get an appointment right away and I can count on them getting the job done asap. They have also always been fair with pricing as well as what can wait a little longer to be fixed. They have NEVER let us down! Always going above and beyond!

Can was overheating today on the way to Santa Fe, got off just in time to not have it boil over and luckily rolled into this repair shop. Was able to get me in right away, treated me, my wife and my dog to awesome hospitality in his ac office and was able to get me fixed up and out the door affordably and quickly. Trustworthy kind people there, wish he also had a shop on my hometown.

Priced well and very honest. We thought it was the starter and instead of just fixing it, they looked at the actual problem which was way cheaper and fixed what actually needed to be fixed. My dad found this shop after going to many in pueblo and he trusts these guys with all our vehicles.

My experience with this shop was extremely disappointing, and I feel itโs important to warn others about the lack of care and accuracy in the work performed here. First, the emergency brake handle was not reinstalled correctly after service. This is a basic safety component, and the fact that it was returned to me in that condition is unacceptable. I was not told anything about this, and I only discovered the issue after having new problems arise and needing another shop to inspect the work. There is no excuse for returning a vehicle with an essential safety system incomplete. Second, after they installed a new radiator, the transmission lines immediately began leaking at the connection points. This leak was directly related to the work they performed and showed a lack of attention to detail. A customer should never have to deal with new fluid leaks right after a repair that the shop was paid to do properly. Finally, I was advised to replace a heater/AC actuator to fix my airflow issue. I followed their recommendation, yet the repair made absolutely no difference. The AC still only blows through the windshield vents, and the heat continues to blow through every vent. This means their diagnosis was incorrect, and I paid for a repair that solved nothing. On top of the poor workmanship, the owner was consistently rude, talked over me every time I tried to explain the issues, and showed no willingness to listen. They also book multiple customers for the exact same 9 AM appointment while the owner leaves to fetch parts ( I met him at Auto Zone) which shows a complete lack of organization and respect for customers. Final clarification for accuracy and timeline: RESPONSE I initially brought my vehicle in specifically for a radiator replacement and heater core repair. Those were the services authorized. Emergency brake: When the vehicle was returned to me, the emergency brake lever/handle was missing entirely. This was not disclosed at pickup and was only discovered approximately two weeks later, after my son had driven the vehicle more than 120 miles. Returning a vehicle with a missing safety componentโwithout disclosureโis unacceptable regardless of when it is later discovered or corrected. Radiator / transmission line leak: After the radiator replacement, the transmission fluid lines began leaking immediately at the connection points. This is not a faulty part. Proper radiator installation requires replacement of the transmission cooler line O-rings and correct seating of the fittings. A brand-new radiator should not leak at the transmission connections when installed correctly. HVAC / heater core diagnosis: After the repair, the shop called me and acknowledged that the HVAC repair did not work correctly. I then spoke directly with the owner and explained that the recommended replacement fixed nothing. During that conversation, the owner stated that if he had known this was a known issue with this vehicle, he would not have called me to recommend the replacement in the first place. This confirms the part was recommended and installed without proper diagnosis, resulting in me paying for a repair that did not resolve the issue. Overall experience: The pattern across these repairs was incomplete safety work, installation-related errors, and inaccurate troubleshooting that created additional problems after paid service. While attempts were made to address issues after the fact, customers should not have to return repeatedly to correct problems that should not have occurred initially. I stand by my recommendation that others seek a second opinion before authorizing work here.

Give them 1 star cause they're worker gage, he made a deal with me and to make up for difference in value of vehicles he said he would cashapp me when he gets paid Friday, I did the deal on good faith, only to end up blocked so he wouldn't have to send the funds to make up for the difference. So if they hire these type individuals just imagine the work they're doing on your car when not looking.
