Last Saturday, we were southbound on I-25 south of Pueblo towing a trailer, when BOOM, the left rear tire blew on my truck. I was able to nurse the truck and trailer to the narrow shoulder as heavy traffic zoomed by at 80 miles and hour and some people, being the dummies they are didn't try to get over in the left lane. We were stuck. We called GEICO since we have roadside assistance and they assured us help would be on the way. As traffic zoomed by us we waited for the rescue. (There was no way I was going to attempt changing that tire) Soon, the guys from Daurio arrived. I feel sheepish that I didn't get their names, but they were incredible. They were fast, efficient and I had stopped down the road after they helped us to check everything out on a side road. They stopped again to make sure everything was all right. Fantastic service and I cannot recommend them more. This was about 5 PM last Saturday 7/13/19, so I hope someone will reply to this review with the names of the guys. I am extremely grateful.

Probably the absolute worst place you can get parts at. Every single time I use these guys or rather try to use these guys there is some kind of issue. The latest after ordering a part over a week and a half ago every time I call they change the shipping date well come to find out they never even pulled the part. (How can the shipping date change if the part is still on the car)Worst customer service from any junkyard ever. I believe the problem is all the employees are very lazy. There are plenty of other places out there to use highly recommend using another place. Next time I will go out of my way to use another junkyard.

Horrible and rude customer service! Ross said they had the part in stock they had to pull it. I never heard from him and called him the next day he said the part was missing. He said he found it somewhere else and would let me know if it was in stock. A few days later I call he said he couldn’t tell me if the part was available I then cancelled it! I was never told about a restocking fee. I received the part the day after I canceled it and it was damaged and it looked like it was dug up from the ground. He had then charged me 100 dollar restocking fee on a part I cancelled and arrived in a box that was destroyed. Save you money and go elsewhere!!!

It was a great overall experience from the moment I called and got their professional answering service to speaking with Carlos. He had me answer as in if they had the part quickly. I picked it up the next day and all electronics worked on it. Price was very fair since they remove the part you need from the vehicle. Definitely the only salvage yard I will be using in Pueblo! 👏🏽

Don't trust these people! They lied to me numerous times about the status of the SECOND transmission that was ordered by them due to the original one being a piece of garbage. I appreciate honesty and transparency with the companies that I'm doing business with, regardless of whether it is directly, or indirectly as a third-party provider. When I posted my original review about the conflicting stories between Daurio's and the service shop, I received a call from the warranty manager (the first time despite numerous promises of callbacks) demanding that I remove the review, or he would not honor the warranty that comes from the manufacturer. Now, after waiting over 30 days for the second transmission, it's faulty as well. Leaking transmission fluid, making strange noises, and shifting hard when going up any incline. I wouldn't buy anything from them if it involves a warranty.

Called on Friday for a starter he said he had a few of them on the shelf and ready. Called Monday morning to confirm that he still had the starter he said yes I had a family member go get the part because I live out of town. When she gets there they told her that they lost all of 4 of the starters that they had? How do you lose 4 starters in the time frame of 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM? I would go to the place that Daurio recommended Tom’s auto salvage it’s pretty much across the street.

they were called when PD found my stolen vehicle and were extremely helpful. They helped me jump my vehicle to help me avoid having to pay another tow cost. My car was stuck in neutral/drive and he also showed me how to fix that too. They showed me how to start my car in the condition it was in and saved me literally hundreds of dollars. If necessary I will definitely use them again
