Was pleasantly surprised by the tires and the service here. I called ahead of time to see if they had my tire size, they were awesome finding what I needed and pricing over the phone. When I arrived I was helped very quickly. I had a leak in my valve stem and they fixed it for me at no cost. Very cool people here and very good tires. Prices are unbeatable as well.

Service was fast. They greeted me as soon as they were able to and let me know which of my tires were needing to be replaced. I drove in on a donut, so they were able to get my tire swapped out. Placed my donut back under and sent me on my way. Price was very, very reasonable.

Forgetting at least 1 valve cap when I would get tires swapped (went 2 times for swap), weights flying off (wrong weights for magnesium wheels), center cap loosely installed on wife's car after tire swap (lucky we're savvy and fixed it), and an issue with pricing between father and son (my first visit). The first time I went, I just wanted a cheap tire shop that does good work. I always buy my tires online to save money and have them installed at small shops to support local business and to save money. Anyway, I got prices from different shops and ended up asking the elder for pricing. When I received my tires, I went and I was greeted by the son and decided to ask for pricing by him just to make sure everyone is on the same page. He bumped the price up. I mentioned that I had spoken to his father and gave him the price I was given, so the so honored it. The next visit, the price was bumped up 20 dollars but this was a couple of years later, an increase of right under 150%... It will have increased next time I need a tire shop which is today. I know of another shop that I've been taking my projects to: they don't lose a thing, add the right amount of air, and the price is right. To the point - your experience may be positive, mine has never been a single time. It's always something. No organization, no concentration... Your tires will stay on for the life of them, that's for sure, and if that's all that's important, then these guys are the ones for you.

We had a blown out tire on the side of the highway and couldn’t get the shredded tire unwedged from the wheel hub. We called el chapo for roadside assistance and they cut/pried the tire shreds and changed both tires in under an hour. He even took the shredded tire with him instead of leaving it on the side of the road. We really appreciated his thorough service during a really stressful time.

You want to be scammed into buying another tire when the one you have is repairable go to another places. 20 for a repair vs 200 for a new tire? Go to El Chapo tires. They’ll get you right.
